Happy Football Days Wildcard Weekend

Watson isn't good

Last year, he looked unstoppable before the injury. 2 seasons of film on him, limited weapons and a few D coordinators who know what theyre doing turned him into a pumpkin.

Yup. Plus the worm burners he was throwing all over the place, to go along with his check downs when his team needed to pick up chunks.

Yes. But he missed several key throws and Indy made Hopkins a non factor.

His foot was pointing the wrong way and then the replay as they went to break showed it snapping in slo-mo. Ugly.

Saquon would have taken that to the house.

It did look like Zeke pulled up short at the end. Wheres the breakaway speed?

Who is choosing the music for this game? They have played Grandmaster Flash and New Order.

Well, I'm guessing he is already in his house, so...I suppose you are correct in a way.

Nope. He's still in your head. Please Seafool, let him out.

Most overused, and misused, term in sports.

More than one game at a time?

More than one game at a time?

Way more. Every single college or pro game, someone says momentum at least once per quarter.

Momentum is more of a thing in The NCAA but does play a part in the NFL.

Momentum implies that things will keep happening the same way they have been happening. That is not true every single time something good happens to a team. Of courae, something like that may be the case at times, but announcers seem to think it is guaranteed very often. I really think they just say it because they have heard others say it.

Anyone whos ever played team sports has experienced momentum swings. Its about emotion and adrenaline and/or the ability to keep them in check

Sure, it can be the case but they act like it is automatic.
