Average age for first heart attack for women is 72 years.  80% of all people who die are over 65.   52 is young for having a heart attack.  In women that's the first data point and less than 4% of the cases.

OK, so if your 4% is true for heart disease as a whole, it looks like about 12,000 women under 50 die of heart disease per year (https://www.cdc.gov/heartdisease/women.htm).  And of course, she wasn't even under 50.  So thanks for proving my point.

You don't understand normal distribution statistics.  It's past two standard deviations and outside the 0.05 significance level.  By all measures it is young to have a heart attack at 52 and not normal.
