If the Senate stays red, there is no chance for "court stacking"... Then come the 2022 midterms, the current party that holds the WH most of the time loses some seats in Congress... Maybe that can be used to solidify the Senate and maybe gain control of the House, so Biden (or Harris) will struggle to get things done, which isn't a bad thing...
