@Utilit99  curious how you choose your over/unders as It looks like sometimes you stay off Gregs highest differential O/U calls.

I went 1-3 yesterday losing Wyoming  and two of Gregs highest differential over/unders.

I don't think Util uses badger's speadsheet. He combs though Greg's mess of a sheet and picks and chooses.

Pretty much this. I usually don't play anything under the 3.5 point differential but am willing to bet the 4+ points.

I don't track but try to remember a couple past performances by teams I bet before but that is not a huge factor.

I also look at the difference in the spread and what the U/O is. If there is a 4 point difference in a game that is expected to be close I may lay off.

I don't do anything fancy.

Put in like 7 bets earlier. Haven't found time to post them.

Fock I wished I had time to post my bets. Out of 8 bets so far today I am 6-1. I'll post them after the fact once I get time just to keep track of my Greg follows, but whatever...

Looks now like I may be losing my last one though. S Carolina over 139.5. Only at 128 with 25 seconds left.

3/2/22 results

Didn't have time to add any more bets yesterday. Probably for the better.  Only lost my smallest bet being the under 140 Notre Dame game which ended up at 144 total.

Made up for the juice I lost the last couple days plus about $60.

Let's see what we have for today.

Woohoo

I really need a come back from last week, I was underwater a bit.  I knew almost all those fights were really really close.  Just didn't fall my way.

Covington v. Masvidal:  Both lost twice to Usman.  I wish the line was closer because I feel like the smart money with the line where it is is on Masvidal.  Covington is one of my favorite fighters though so like the Strickland fight a few weeks ago I’m big on him, Covington -330.

Anjos v. Moicano: Anjos has been fighting in the UFC since 2008, former champ.  Moicano isn’t a newcomer either and has slightly better numbers.  Two Brazilian Jiu-Jitsus.  I’ll take the plus money on the younger, better numbers and guy coming off a win earlier this year.  Anjos hasn’t fought since 2020.  Moicano +155

Barboza v. Mitchell:  Barboza is another guy that’s been in the league forever.  He’s struggled since 2018 only winning 3 out his last 9 fights (2 out of last 5).  Mitchell has only lost once his entire career and has better numbers other than strikes per minute, he’s the better wrestler.  I like the number for Mitchell at -155.

Holland v. Oliveira: Better numbers, heavily favored. Feels like I’m going against all the older veteran fighters so far which is unusual.  Holland -340

Spivac v. Hardy: It’s Greg Hardy.  I don’t think he’s beaten anybody with a winning record.  Spivac -195

----------------------------------

Turner v. Mullarkey:  Couple of lightweight strikers.  Turner throws a lot of punches, but Mullarkey can take you to the mat too.  Mallarkey went off on Devonte Smith in his last fight.  Mullarkey +130

Rodriguez v. Xiaonan:  Man I was red hot on calling the women’s fights until last week.  Similar records, but, Xiaonan hasn’t faced the caliber of opponents that Rodriguez has.  Rodriguez -270

Negumereanu v. Nzechukwu:  Battle of the “How do you spell my last names”.  Nzechukwu has a bit better numbers, fought better opponents and has the shorter last name to try and type.  Nzechukwu -140

Moroz v. Agapova: Agapova has better numbers and she finishes where Moroz does not.  Agapova -180

-------------------------------------

Kelleher v. Nurmagomedov:  Wow look at that number.  I love taking a veteran journeyman against a relatively new huge favorite and hitting, when it hits.  Kelleher +550

Elliott v. Ulanbekov:  Elliott not finding much success since winning the Ultimate Fighter.  He’s got better numbers than Ulanbekov despite his record.  What the heck, Elliott +190

Smith v. Klein:  Smith was moving up before being taken out by Mullarkey mentioned earlier.  I worry about Klein’s wrestling, but, Klein has been willing to throw so I think this is a striking match and Smith has to be livid being on the Early Prelim card while Mullarkey get’s the main bout on the Prelim.  Look for him to take that out on Klein.  2u Smith -150

Jacoby v. Oleksiejczuk: Jacoby’s record doesn’t look that great, but he hasn’t lost since 2015 including 4 fights last year.  He’s better than his record, Jacoby -200

3/5/22 - Day 38

Went 7-3-1  (EDIT: Changed from the 8-3-1 I posted earlier)

Went  yesterday betting $475 returning $617.28

Up $142.28 on the day. Going 7-3-1 and only being up $142.28 shows how small my bets really are. Talk about nickel and diming. Of course, if I'm up $20 at the end of the day, I'm happy.

Through 38 days up $2,005.08 betting off of Greg's card.

Decent day today. Went 2-1 on my late night plays to add a few extra bucks in winnings.

Let's see what Sunday brings.

Won:

Under 146.5 VMI at Wofford - $65 to return $124.09

Under 134 Virginia Tech at Clemson - $45 to return $85.91

Over 139 FIU at Florida Atlantic - $35 to return $66.82

Push:

Lost:

Under 125 Virginia at Louisville - $55

Under 133.5 Sacramento State at Montana - $35

3/6/22 - Day 39

Through 38 days up $2,005.08 betting off of Greg's card.

Good luck all with whatever you have going on.

Nebraska at Wisconsin -12.5 - $45

Under 142 UMass at UMBC - $45

Over 141.5 Michigan at Ohio State - $45

Iowa at Illinois -3.5 - $45

Over 154 Iowa at Illinois - $55

Over 137.5 Houston at Memphis - $55

Last second I threw in Over 129.5 Binghamton at New Hampshire - $45 - It was a mistake on my part that won for me. I'll include it since early on I made a few mistakes in the other direction where I lost by accidentally betting against Greg's sheet and included it.

The few errors are not a big stat changer in the end anyway.

Looks like a rough day. Especially with the Illinois game. Oh well. There's always tomorrow.

I'll start over from two days ago.

Haven't looked to close but lost about $150 on the day. I was due for a rough one. Think this in the only day I lost over $100 out of 39 days. So I can't complain. Still up ~$1850 thru 39 days.

The bets washed. Made a couple bucks but nothing noteworthy in the least. Like about $12.

With increased workload I may not be posting bets much. In fact, I'm going to take out at least a $1300 more from my account to guarantee a decent return on my initial $200 investment. And still keep a few hundred for further fun. At this point I hope baseball happens to see how this dude is at that. It's been both fun and profitable.

So I got a random e-mail from mybookie.ag a few days ago stating that under their new terms and policies, accounts that are inactive for over a year are subject to  5% or $5 a month fee (whichever is higher). I almost ignored it as a scam since I didn’t remember ever having an account with them but something prompted me to check it out. Turns out I do have an account and based on the address being an old apartment, I likely signed up in 2017 or earlier. Probably barely used it since I couldn’t remember even having an account. My balance was 0 Buuuutttt I had $50 free play. They have a huge play through requirement on their bonuses which is likely why I never used them and I have no idea where the free play came from but the play through doesn’t seem to apply to it.

I made 10 $5 bets. Went 6-4. So my balance is now $27.75. This site sucks so bad you need a $50 minimum to cash out via e-check and $25 minimum to cash out via Bitcoin. I guess I could get a Bitcoin address from my coin base account but that seems like too much work for $27 😂. So I’ll probably just wager it and try to get to $50 so I can cash out and never think of the site again.

sorry for the random story but I though it was kind of funny.

I tried them about 5 years ago because they offer football player props. Come to find out, they have fine print that states you must wager an equal amount on sides/totals as you do props. fock those guys.

I been in the last day or two just betting on the o/u and my choice , If I see two teams facing each other with good winning records I take the over. I will take the under with the crap teams. That said don't like betting on a game when the spread is 148 and will just stay away from those ones.

Winning teams doesn’t always mean offense at all. That feels like a poor way to wager

I don't know man and when I look at the games for the day and most time the o/u when two bad teams play is lower. Only been trying it for a few days and seems to be working some.

Decent week last week.  Was treading water in the prelims, but went 4-1 on the main card, heavy on my boy Colby Covington.

Fight Night: Santos vs. Ankalaev

Lots of dogs this week including the main and co-main.  I think the numbers are deceptive and overbought.  I’m betting on at least one upset in the top 2 fights. Fade appropriately!

Santos v. Ankalaev:  Strikers, almost identical numbers.  Santos 3 loss skid is deceptive as it was two split decisions with a loss to the current champ in between.  I just don’t see why such a huge number, so there must be value in Santos +400.

Moraes v. Yadong:  Different weight class, same story as the main card.  Strikers with identical numbers and Moraes loosing streak is deceptive. Sandhagen, Rob Font and round of the year last year against Dvalishivili.  Going Moraes +200 and if either of these two hit we’ll be money ahead.

Yusuff v. Caceres: Younger striker against a more rounded fighter with grappling skills.  Caceres has fought a ton of fights with a less that stellar record.  If Yusuff can fight off takedown attempts he should be able to out punch Caceres.  Yusuff -240.

Roundtree v. Robertson:  Roundtree is a physical specimen.  Hard KO punches and kicks.  But Roberson can punch, and grapple and Roundtree is susceptible to being taken down.  Robertson has been submitted by the likes of Teixeira, Marvin Vettori and Brendan Allen, but he’s never been TKO’d.  Going with the better-rounded fighter Robertson -130.

Dober v. McKinney:  This will be a fun fight.  I expect a fair amount of grappling, but both can win by TKO or submission.  McKinney has an unusually low strikes per minute.  Going with the guy with the most experience here, Dober -170.

Pereira v. Silva: Silva is another fighter that’s never been TKO’d while handing out a bunch during his career. I’m not betting against Bruno Silva.  I’m not betting against Bruno Silva against a kick boxer with just 5 MMA fights.  I’ll take plus money on Silva all day long.  2 units to start the main card +150.

------------------------------

Semelsberger v. Fletcher:  Fletcher is undefeated, but, he’s also new to the UFC.  I’ll take the guy that’s got a pretty good record against much better fighters.  Semelsberger -210.

Aldrich v. Robertson: Fairly evenly matched striker v. grappler and I usually like to take the grappler.  Robertson also submitted Cochoeira who out punched J.Kim in an absolute slugfest two weeks ago. I don’t see Aldrich punching more that Cochoeira so Robertson -125.

Jones v. Basharat: Undefeated Basharat has better numbers in striking and grappling.  Jones does have a bit more experience, but, this one seems pretty straight forward.  Basharat -150.

Mazo v. Maverick:  Similar numbers, slight edge in volume of punches to Mazo and slight edge in takedowns to Maverick.  Maverick probably wins this fight but it’s such a huge number at -330.  I sit this one out or sprinkle some on Mazo +260.

Lungiambula v. Brundage:  Another close match up on paper, who knows.  I will be cheering for the American so Brundage +110.

Moutinho v. Cannetti:  Similar records, not a lot of info on Moutinho as this is his first UFC fight.  Cannetti has been in the UFC for a while so theoretically faced better opponents.  Cannetti +125.

Nchukwi v. Murzakanov:  At first I didn’t get this line as the numbers favor Nchukwi, then I realized that only two of Murzakanov’s fights made it past the first round.  He’s a KO artist.  I like that and am excited to see this guy punch.  Murzakanov -180.

Now that Greg puts his sheets on VSIN website, I don't think Bsdger can pull data like he did from a Google docs sheet

So we are focked for baseball season?

All Gregs stuff is still available.  It's just that you have to search through yourself to find the variances.  I believe that's what @Utilit99 does.

Sifting through baseball won't be that bad with only 15 games max per day.
