No it isn’t. We did stay out of it until Pearl Harbor in terms of military action, but we gave tons of weapons and money to Britain and Russia through Lend-Lease, same as we’re doing now. It saved them, exactly the same way we’re saving Ukraine now. But the Lindbergh-America First wackos were opposed to Lend-Lease then, just as they’re opposed to it now.

Revisionist.  War was going on for years before we started giving out weapons.  The neutrality acts prevented it.  Why you always be lying?

Years? The war was declared in September of 1939 but didn’t really kick off until May of 1940. Lend-Lease started in early 1941 but we were already helping out Britain long before. We gave them 50 destroyers in the summer of 1940. Russia didn’t enter the war until 1941 and the moment they were invaded we immediately gave them weapons and money:

Where WW2 we passed laws specifically saying to stay out of it which were later reversed whereas in Ukraine we were knocking on their door trying help.

technically europe ceased to exist when Hitler swept across the continent. if we didnt enter WW2, the USSR would have not stopped at Germany and swept all the way across europe and even would have taken he UK.  instead, at the conclusion of WW2, the eastern half of europe were satellite states of the USSR, and the western half were satellite states of the USA.  neither half has ever been able to project power since.  they became colonies.  NATO expansion is just transferring eastern europe from being colonies of the USSR to colonies of the USA.  Britain exists in name only, will no ability to project power and not much say in anything.

The US has given a list of reforms that Ukraine must make to continue to receive funding.  The biggest reforms appear to be that Ukraine must put American agents in charge in key positions of the police force and reduce the power of Ukraine special forces.  With these moves, Ukraine loses some sovereignty and moves closer to become a state occupied by Russia in the east and occupied by the US in the west.

I was in 2nd Armor Division (Forward) during the Gulf War. M1A2 Abrahms are what my unit used back in the day. We kicked Saddam's asses with them. I always wondered what the Russians would be able to do against M1A2s, now we'll see.

I hope not. I'd hate to think of the ramifications would be if Russia has come up with sufficient firepower to take out an Abrahms. One of the advantages we like to think that the US has over Russia and China is their equipment sucks balls and wouldn't stand a chance against ours. They've had 40 years to think about it and ISIS figured out how to destroy them, so they aren't so perfect as we'd like to believe.

Hopefully the Abrams cut through the Russians like tin foil.
