The one thing I really don't understand is I get why we don't want to have a no-fly zone because we don't want to have American Pilots dying in the Ukraine. But these days? We have hella badass drones. I still think we're probably employing those right now only under the guise of CIA instead of military.

That's easy.  The only way to enforce a no-fly zone is to shoot down Russian aircraft.  1. Drones are no match for a fighter jet and 2. That would be viewed as an act of war by Putin and we'd get sucked in.

Right, and not that supplying weapons to Ukraine is any different than blowing up the tanks ourselves, but it seems to be under these circumstances.  There seems to be an understanding amongst nations that you can supply but not pull the trigger yourself and somehow that is acceptable.  IF the western world gave a damn though, how many months was Russia building up troops on the border of Ukraine?  Wouldn't that had been the time to supply said weapons? 

There is way too much at play here for any of us to get imo.  As Wiff said, there is a convoy, a 40-mile long convoy outside of Kieve, sitting, and sitting, and sitting.  It is 2022.  Really?  So...

I think the answer is that Russia has nukes and you don't fock with the country that has nukes, but we have done that consistently to lead the world to this point so WTF?

It's distasteful, but the right move is to allow Ukraine to fall at this point.  The time to prevent a catastrophe was before the invasion when they could've just admitted Ukraine into NATO.  Putin wouldn't have invaded knowing that he would be dealing with all of NATO.

The best option other than a Russian coup removing Putin from power is that Ukraine falls but makes it tough on Russia.  That allows Putin to claim a win, but he gets his d¡ck slapped hard enough to crawl back in a hole.  The longer Ukraine holds out, the more desperate and brutal the Russian tactics will get, so Ukraine will eventually fall.
