The original deal in the hershel walker trade was one first rounder and two conditional first rounders. But they did a second trade later to include the other 2 first rounders. Oddly i cannot find a record of that specific second trade. Its mentioned in the herschel walker trade wiki page. That makes deshaun watson the first player ever to be traded for three number ones.
