It’s kind of does doesn’t it? With a record number of mail in ballots the number of rejections shouldn’t decrease.

It’s weird that the New York Times would agree with me no?

NYT 2012 - Error and Fraud at Issue as Absentee Voting Rises

What’s behind this remarkable success? Election-administration experts cite several factors, but a big one was that voters submitted their absentee ballots early. That’s important because, in a normal election, the number-one reason that absentee ballots are not counted is that they arrive too late. But in 2020, several states reported steep dropoffs in the share of absentees received after the deadline. For instance, in Delaware, the share of absentee ballots that arrived late decreased from 1.3 percent in 2016 to 0.2 percent in 2020. In Maryland, it decreased from 1.3 percent to 0.1 percent. In Massachusetts, it decreased from 1.7 percent to 0.04 percent. According to the data for all three states (plus Minnesota, Oklahoma, South Carolina and Vermont), this dropoff in late ballots accounted for a majority of their overall reduction in rejected ballots.

Better luck next year. :(

Maybe. But it would be real.  Not phony. I wonder if Biden would get in front of a bunch of Irish professionals and slip into a brogue and say “ They’re gonna put you all back in the Paddy Wagon”. See, he wouldn’t. He wouldn’t treat that group like unserious people  he was trying to scare with nonsense.  Or do you think he would tell a Jewish group that they were going to “put you back in the camps” in an exaggerated Jewish voice? No. He would never do that. It would be highly disrespectful. But it’s ok to treat black people like that.  Did you say something about contemptible earlier?

it's pandering at it's worst.  Hillary & Biden both.  I'm sure there are more but they come to the forefront.

Baseless contempt?

That motherfocker has more than 90 charges against him, not the least of which includes charges of interfering in our election system in an attempt to stay in office and brainwashing his cultists into thinking he's the victim here.

No way, more than 90 charges?%$#@ :o

The numbers don’t matter. Net/Net the rejection rate for mail in ballots in 2020 were lower than 2018 and 2016. With a record number of mail in ballots that is a major discrepancy.

https://ballotpedia.org/Election_results,_2020:_Analysis_of_rejected_ballots

In 2020, voters cast 70,550,699 absentee/mail-in ballots in the general election. Of these, 560,177 (0.8%) of which were rejected. By comparison, absentee/mail-in ballot rejection rates in 2018 and 2016 were 1.4% and 1.0%, respectively.[1]

The numbers mattered when it was 3% vs .24., now they don't matter.  If you can't own up when you are shown to wrong, then it's not really worth my time engaging in a discussion with you.

Yeah I did. It said the difference in votes getting disqualified was mostly due to fewer arriving late.

Do you think that’s false or it just doesn’t matter because muh fraud?

GA case - no focking way. Not if we’re talking trial, anyways.

But could happen with the other three

It can realistically only happen with one of the three and that has got to be DC, which will be fast-tracked and all others, per agreement with prosecutors to be put on hold.

No one can explain the Bidens wealth. The only thing that adds up is corruption. And a lot of it. Now  That’s contemptible.

Then indict him and prove it. Same as if he helped Hunter Biden trade on his position

Do you read the article, or better yet listen to the podcast to see what was actually said? Or do you just gulp down the headline they feed you?  Show me anywhere in the transcript below where he said "All trials will conclude"

Quote

“I predict there will be some convictions. I think the strategy is to get bad convictions, but to get them fast in New York, in Florida, in Washington, and in Fulton County [Georgia], then they’ll be reversed on appeal, but they’ll be reversed on appeal after the election,” Dershowitz told “War Room” host Steve Bannon. “That’s why everybody is rushing to get these cases tried. We now know they wanted it tried within six months in Georgia. They want a trial in January in Washington D.C. They want a trial in May in Florida. New York has been willing to put it off but they’re getting on the bandwagon too.”

They're trying, and that's "thier plan". But to give that headline like its Alan's opinion that they will all "conclude", no problem, is complete BS.

Perfect example of the media leading you guys around like sheep.

You engaged me sh!tlib. And no, the numbers don’t matter when the data proves most mail in ballots of all time with the lowest recorded rejection rate. I know maths are difficult for leftists. I mean you idiots think government spending reduces the national debt and doesn’t cause inflation. Why wouldn’t you believe that the election with the most absentee ballots could also be the most secure?

The first paragraph of the article says:

Alan Dershowitz believes all of former president Donald Trump’s trials will be completed prior to the 2024 election, but notes “There’ll be some convictions,” along the way.

The part you quoted says:

I predict there will be some convictions.

“On appeal after the election” seems to imply they will be done by the election.

You should bet on this 😂

Dershowitz is a dope. And possibly actual a pedophile since he did hang out with Epstein (as did Trump).

You can’t strategize to get a conviction that would be overturned on appeal. There’s a million variables at play

You’re right. They’re protecting Trump when it comes to Epstein.  They could end him in one second, but instead they go the lawfare route. Tin foil hat much?

Is there not an ongoing investigation in both the DOJ and Congress of the Bidens?

In Congress there has been, the DOJ has been dragged into pretending to do something..... I have low expectations given the lack of interest.

I only wish there was equal treatment.  And these two clowns should only be the start, so many more need to be actually investigated, not pretend, but real.
