This is a valid and important disctinction and it highlights the clumsiness of Trump better than almost anything else. I think Trump is a bully of sorts and not unlike the bull in the china store. The Democrats still did the same thing, but they used alternative means. They worked tirelessly to denigrate him and his administration by all means. I think they were frustrated and some of it was just lashing out, but then it became central to them....even today we see they are drunk on chasing this guy.....if he were removed from all this entirely, it could cripple them.
