I can never sell my house. I'm locked in at 2.6%.  My neighbor is getting $5K a month rent for his.  Thinking about renting this one out and moving into something even bigger.

I would take this with a grain of salt, usually these things are "updated" about three months later.  This one seems farcically low so I could see it perhaps tweaking upward later.

That being said, look at how hard the media is trying to spin this to protect Democrats.

It has been revised DOWN recently. I expect that number to be even lower if not negitive.

Wall Street Journal: Whoever wins the White House next week will take office with no shortage of challenges, but at least one huge asset: an economy that is putting its peers to shame.

With another solid performance in the third quarter, the U.S. has grown 2.7% over the past year. It is outrunning every other major developed economy, not to mention its own historical growth rate.

More impressive than the rate of growth is its quality. This growth didn’t come solely from using up finite supplies of labor and other resources, which could fuel inflation. Instead, it came from making people and businesses more productive.

This combination, if sustained, will be a wind at the back of the next president. Three of the past four newcomers to the White House took office in or around a recession (the exception was Donald Trump, in 2017), which consumed much of their first-term agenda. The next president should be free of that burden.

The Fed loves these numbers, to them this indicates they are moving the needle.   They are likely to leave rates unchanged for now.

I think they do nothing right now, but later next year they implement a cut.   I think the numbers are a little "off"  tbh.....  I think they seem worse in this instance than the reality of the job situation.   That being said, the reasons for this odd metric are a little concerning, and suggest that there are some underlying problems that we have not yet seen.

I saw this skinny little guy the other day. He was like 5'3" or something and a string bean at that. He walked over to his vehicle which was a massive 4 door pickup and the dude's head was only just above the bottom of where the driver side window started. When he got onto the step to get in, he looked like a kid on a cement truck. He stood there for about 30 seconds then got back down and went back into the store for some reason. I was thinking maybe not enough people saw him standing on the step of his massive truck for his liking. Not sure how many times he did that as I had stuff to do other than watch some under-developed 40 year old try to show that he's really a bog boy.

I wonder if that was Purdy?

Are you talking about me well i'm 6'1" and drive a Honda. I am skinny. About 185 these days.  I don't need to drive anything fancy (especially an ugly Truck) to impress the ladies.  What's in my pants is enough.  Also you think i'd ever be caught dead in whatever podunk hick town you live in?
