He even shut down the entire government at one point to try and force Pelosi to go along with his border proposals- remember? The 1.8 number is a MINIMUM.  IIRC it doesn't count minors, and if you get in to the country 100 miles from the border or undetected for 14 days you don't count either.  So if Biden just doesn't catch a lot of them that number goes WAY up.  Anyone who thinks this bill does anything to control the flow of illegals across our border is either a fool or being fooled.  This bill CODIFIES illegal immigration.
