Data is still data.  Furthermore, shooting data is not subjective.

I don't get why you waste your time with this guy.  Despite three Federal investigations he still believes the Michael Brown hands up don't shoot narrative.

Tim, the first entry is some Galli eunichs (which I didn't even know what that was) and the next one is a Muslim slur and a lot of these are (intentionally?) confused with being gay men.

Men who get their balls cut off because harem women need male servants isn't the same thing. And the delineation of sexual deviants between gay men and trannies gets obscured.

And you have to get really really nit-picky with searching obscure belief systems nobody has ever heard of to maybe get somewhere since nobody knows who the Galli et al. are or what they believed.

😆

The galli eunuch priests of classical antiquity have been interpreted by some scholars as transgender or third-gender. The trans-feminine kathoey and hijra gender roles have persisted for thousands of years in Thailand and the Indian subcontinent, respectively. In Arabia, khanith (like earlier mukhannathun) have occupied a third gender role attested since the 7th century CE. Traditional roles for transgender women and transgender men have existed in many African societies, with some persisting to the modern day. North American Indigenous fluid and third gender roles, including the Navajo nádleehi and the Zuni lhamana, have existed since pre-colonial times.

Hey guys gotta run for most of the day: I have a stupid wedding to attend in which I know absolutely nobody. I hate weddings and this one is Catholic so it’s probably going to go on and on endlessly. And the wife has told me she will kill me if I dare to even look at my phone.

So any questions or responses I will try to answer tomorrow. Assuming I survive.

I'm sure you'll open your mouth, spout off a bunch of politics and everyone will hate you by the end of the night there too.  May as well just piss off W too and get your balls back from her.

Look obviously gender affirming surgery is a new thing. Bur people have been cross dressing and trying to be the other sex for thousands of years. That’s what the history shows. This ain’t something new.

Actually I don’t anymore. The FBI investigated, determined that Brown wasn’t wrongly killed, and I accept their narrative.

Trump’s victory in South Carolina tonight is great for him as far as winning the nomination, but of course we already knew he would do that. It’s problematic as far the general election because once again the numbers demonstrate that Trump is just not moving beyond his base. At least some of the 35-40% that voted for Haley tonight are going to vote for Biden, or they’re going to stay home. In South Carolina that won’t matter. In the swing states it will be decisive.

I had no idea that the RNC had already spent over 37 million paying for Trump’s attorneys:

https://www.msnbc.com/msnbc/amp/rcna140348

Now with Trump owing tons of money to the state of New York, the woman he raped,  and new legal fees all the time, apparently the plan is to have Republicans pay for all of it: Laura Trump, who is about to be the new RNC co-chair, basically admitted it.

Seriously? Apparently Lincoln was wrong. When it comes to Republicans you can fool all of them all of the time.

And before anyone asks me if I truly consider my last post to be a “serious issue” worthy of this thread- it shouldn’t be. Nearly every story related to Trump is so absurd and appalling at the same time that I have trouble believing this is our current reality. Yet it is.

Conservatives are embarrassing themselves, and they’re ashamed about it, so they get angry at anyone who tells them the truth.

Right. The truth. You really think trump should be paying money to New York.

so you think that a AG who runs on one thing and thats getting Trump, in a state that makes up new laws just to go after him, files a lawsuit with a court that a defendant doesn't get to defend or submit evidence that it sent to a summary judgement for determination, over a practice that every single real estate investor continually does, where a bank was happy with the results negotiated its own terms and stated it would gladly do business with him again after that project.  falls well in line with our legal system

ok, and you wonder why people think you are retarded

There were some problems with this lawsuit and I agreed with some of the criticism. But overall it was the correct decision to pursue it because Trump’s actions were way over the top. And highly illegal.

Not sure what any of this has to do with Costas’ comments which was the post you responded to.

to the second, cause TDS is TDS

what did Trump do that is highly illegal, (yet you are ok with all the highly illegal crime committed with help from the Biden Org) I still have yet to see a crime, over valuing a property to acquire a business loan is not fraud.  Thats why we have business negotiations, but I am sure you have never sat down with a bank on a project and negotiated asset evaluation

Actually I have. And overestimation happens all the time. 10%, 20%, if it gets above that it’s fraud. Trump tripled and quadrupled values which is why I wrote that it is highly illegal. And by saying the banks weren’t hurt, you miss the point: the taxpayers were hurt because he avoided paying the taxes he should have. This is not a victimless crime.

With regard to Biden I’m not OK with any crime anywhere. But you gotta prove it. The supposed charges against Biden appear to be falling apart.

Not a change of heart, a change of mind. I read more about it and decided my earlier position was wrong. Nothing convenient about it.

Actually my change of mind was inconvenient because I still very strongly believe that there is institutionalized racism against young black males in our society, especially by police, and that per federal study Ferguson remains an especially bad place for it. The fact is that most times that these incidents occur, the police are going to be at fault. Not this time, apparently, which makes it inconvenient for me because people like you who are purposefully  blind to racism in our society are going to use it to reject what is really happening.

This is incorrect as well. Even when I, with bad information, attempted to defend Roman Polanski, I was never OK with him skipping bail.

Perhaps you could point out in some published authoritative code or treatise where this is established. Trump tripled and quadrupled values which is why I wrote that it is highly illegal. Again, if you could provide some authoritative source delineating when matters move from simply illegal to highly illegal I think we all would appreciate it. And by saying the banks weren’t hurt, you miss the point: the taxpayers were hurt because he avoided paying the taxes he should have. Just an opinion based on personal experience. I’m not interested in getting in a debate with you or anyone about the difference between illegal and highly illegal. If you truly think that Trump is guiltless here I’m not going to be able to convince you otherwise. If he didn’t do anything wrong he’ll win his appeal.

This is not a fact at all, as Jerry proved yesterday.  Good of you to admit how ignorant you were on this topic.  Only took you 9.5 years to educate yourself.  That's quicker than most issues you come around on.

Bullsh*t.  And you still defend him, just more subtly.  I mean, if a 13 year old girl is more "developed" and dresses like a 20 year old she's fair game, right RomanTim?

Just curious if you read about the judge in Illinois who was removed from the bench the other day for misconduct.

It’s also quicker than you since I’ve never seen you acknowledge you were wrong about anything, even though you’re almost always wrong about everything.

I in no manner stated or implied I thought Trump was guitless in this matter.  Nice deflection.  I was just exploring your pontificating on matters you have no knowledge or expertise in.  I was interested in you setting forth legal standards when you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about.  Basically, yet again you are full of scat and you, like Trump himself, are so self-deluded you are incapable of seeing it.

As I mentioned in a previous post, I will not be referring to the details of this subject ever again, even to explain myself. You’re free to keep bringing it up but I would imagine most people reading this are sick of you doing so.

You imagine a lot of things, but I will never stop bringing up people who support pedos.  It's not a good look and both Joe and Mike should remove it from their respective bored's.  There is a NAMBLA site that would welcome you.  I'm sure they have a politics forum.

OK. I think that when I use terms like “highly illegal” it should be obvious that I’m stating a subjective opinion and not using a legal argument. In terms of legal arguments the courts can speak for themselves. I am not an attorney and make no claims to be. I have however had a lot of experience in valuing commercial properties, both for loan and tax purposes, so I think this is an area I know a little about. And I know the difference between exaggeration and outright fraud.

The difference between you being wrong and me being wrong is I PROVE you wrong with LINKS and FACTS on a consistent basis.  You have NEVER proven me factually wrong.  Not once.
