The original agreement was for Biden's benefit. Trump agreed to the terms because of Biden's cognitive deficiencies. 

Presumably, Harris doesn't suffer from the same condition so why should the rules be the same?

Plus, I believe Trump has a suit against ABC, so debating there would be a conflict of interest.

This.  I'm not sure why Tim has a hard time understanding this.  The terms of the contract have been changed which makes it null and void.  a new contract needs to be negotiated.  That's normal and standard contract law.
