yeah,  I don't think when you are talking about a kid with mental issues you should put to much on their forethought. I think some of your argument is based around these are the people that are going to be influenced by rhetoric, but think there is a legit difference for schizophrenia, hearing voices, etc. vs. loner/loser. I can't remember if there was something specific that "triggered" this kid, but him "turning himself in"(not sure how that went down, just remember that his sister was involved) implies to me that he was just unstable.

My home has a much more severely sloped roof and is three stories high in several points.  I, a 65 year old man with knee and hip replacements get up on it every year in the early winter to put up Christmas lights.  I think a highly trained Secret Service Agent ought to be able to get up on a barely sloping single story roof, and if it was the Local P.D. I think their SWAT guys ought to have that capability as well.

My grampa insisted on cleaning out his 2nd story gutters on an aluminum ladder until he was about 88.

The Russians hate Trump, they want no part of him being President. Whether he says nice things about them or not does not matter to them.  For the Russians its always about what they can get, and they dont just work for the immediate need, they always.....always....follow the long term plan.  If they cannot explain how their action feeds the plan, then they have a problem.  No on really cares if they steal or sell drugs or whatever, no one cares, but if that move does not serve the Party's plan, well, they probably get killed off.....and dont get me wrong, the Ukrainians are just as bad, maybe worse....

So no, Russian has no interest in Trump as President.

They wanted pieced of Ukraine, and were happy to take those pieces they felt should be theirs, and were ready to call it a day.  By arming Ukraine, we are extending the entire thing, costing more lives and really tempting the Russians to just take the entire thing now.  

They waited for Biden to do this, due to uncertainty about Trump and how we would react, they feared him.

Yeah. Donald said he could end this war in one day. That would only occur by saying no more funding to Ukraine.

I meant he said it early on as if he would have squashed this shortly in.   He may have said it another time as in right now.  Like I said maybe he doubled down.  But I remember him saying this early on when it really escalated.   A while ago.
