No they’re not. BLM had nothing to do with Antifa. BLM organized peaceful protests of regular people during the day (my daughters participated). Then thugs came out at night. The thugs were mostly disorganized individuals; Antifa is largely a myth in most instances. If you saw differently then you didn’t know what you were seeing. 
Ever since 2020 there has been an attempt by conservatives to conflate the peaceful protests with the thugs who rioted. It’s always been a false narrative.

The current health of the American economy suggests that the Fed has successfully handled inflation so far, with the finish line coming into clear view.

I have no doubt your daughter marched.  Peaceful protests existed. What I’m telling you to be factual is that those that organized peaceful protests were also involved in violent protests.  These aren’t anecdotal.  The actual people meeting with our council on the steps of City Hall at 12pm in the name of BLM were on the streets at night in violent groups.  I’ve also seen a ton of text messages and social media activity amongst these people.  
 

It truly is unfathomable to me how someone like you survives.  The sheer gullibility is just shocking.  You didn’t even ask me any nuanced questions to challenge my assertions, you just repeat the lefty talking points that aren’t true. “Antifa” doesn’t exist” is the classic.  No, they aren’t a 501c non profit, but violent groups of people exist that organize under the antifa flag.  I assume you’ve luckily failed upward most of your life.

And there is not a shred of proof that there is any connection between the two organization.

The only thing anyone has ever come up with was Rockaction in the PSF, linking a New Yorker article who quoted one (and only one) BLM member who claimed that Antifa and BLM organized a protest together (and that's the extend of any so called proof).

It's not neccessarily about Kamala. It's about Trump. It's always been about Trump.  That's why Joe Biden was still going to make this a tight race.  Because it was about Donald Trump. He's insanely popular. He's insanely unpopular. 

Now that Kamala's in it; she actually gives a sliver of "Maybe this isn't JUST about Trump" jumpstart to the Democratic Party and the Anti-Trump Contingency of the Voting Public.  She'll appeal a little bit more to women just because she's a woman. She'll appeal to people of color simply because she's a person of color. She'll appeal to younger voters because in an election cycle in which the ages of the candidates has been at the forefront...she's the much younger candidate.  

 

ETA: And that jibes with basically I've been saying for the past two years. If the Republicans nominated anyone other than Donald Trump....they would have won the elction running away. Hell, I'd probably even say right now that if Trump dropped out and Vance replaced him(with Trumps good graces of course)....he'd win.
