He just needs to point out that the Biden/Harris team has had four years to fix all the issues she's going to claim to fix if she gets elected and things have only gotten worse. Then contrast that with how good everything was during his first term. 

Tell America they have a choice between more of the same failed policies of the last four years or get back to peace and prosperity.
