If it is an airborne disease, and if wearing a mask prevents it from being airborne (from a cough or a sneeze) then logically, infection rates have to be lower when people wearing masks versus not wearing masks (it is counter intuitive to think otherwise).

Don't most Doctors and Health Experts regard it as a medical fact? Like for over a 100 years? 

If you think it is not an accepted fact, can you provide any proof to the contrary that masks don't help control the spread the flu? If all the experts are wrong you should able to link to some valid studies that have accepted by pier review (don't think you can do it).

I have never had a doctor tell me to wear a mask to prevent the spread or catching disease, not even Covid. Didn’t you even question your opinion, when the people that forced you to wear masks didn’t wear them themselves.
