So strangely enough even after the group of people that "were living" in the apartment held a "protest" saying there were no gangs...Aurora police have now in fact arrested several venezuelans, confirmed they are gang members, and turned them over to ICE. 

Oh and also those apartment dwellers, turns out they were just part of a group that is paid by a charity to go around and protest. Lol. My god this whole thing is the strangest.

Pulaski County, AR: Yesterday, Maynor Jair Sorto-Herrera was arrested for Violation of Concealed Weapons Act, DUI, Failure to Stop after Accident With Death, and Negligent Homicide, among other charges.

He has an immigration detainer hold.

He is accused of veering into oncoming traffic and hitting a car head on, killing 48-year-old Jennifer Morton. 

Further charges include Driver's License Required, Driving Without Registration, and No Liability Insurance.

ICE found and arrested him in Framingham, MA, and he remains in federal custody. 

ICE statement: 

“Jose Fernando-Perez has been charged with some horrific crimes against a minor in our commonwealth,” said ICE Boston acting Field Office Director Patricia H. Hyde. “He is exactly the type of alien we are targeting with our ‘worst first’ policy. He posed a significant danger to the children of Massachusetts, and we will not tolerate such a threat to our community. ICE Boston will continue to prioritize the safety of our public by arresting and removing egregious alien offenders from our New England communities.”
