67 degrees is the perfect temperature to keep your house

Recommended Posts

In the summer, yes. If I walk into my house after being outside in -45 degree weather and it is in the 60s I would be pisssed off.

68 in the winter (64 at night)

75 in the summer

I'd have to go look at our winter setting but basically this.  We definitely do 75 in the summer.

You’re not keeping it at 67 in the summer if it’s over 95 degrees

Yeah, we are 100+ all summer; today was a chilly 95.  We are lucky that our current house is quite energy efficient, so 75 is not a strain on our AC or pocketbooks.  Our last house was much larger, higher ceilings, and less efficient overall.  We kept that at 78.  It's not that bad once you get used to it.  Sucks for people who visit though.  :dunno:
