I’d have to see exactly how the term limits amendment is written to say whether he legally should be able to. And I don’t care enough to look it up.

But generally I’d say no, that it kinda sets a dangerous precedent for erosion of the law even if it were technically allowed, but it’s clear we don’t care at all about those kinds of things anymore, so why not?
