I don’t have anything to say, other than that the “guys” that have been screaming like little b1tches about “voter fraud” for years and years now — even before the focking election takes place, no less — are in fact kvnts for still whining and crying about “fraud” even after they won said election

Fun Fact- in 2022 McCormick lost the Republican nomination to Dr. Oz and there was a lot of talk of these exact type of ballots. Republicans complained they were illegal but McCormick argued that they should be counted because you should "Let people vote and not play gotcha games with them."

 

And now in 2024- McCormick argues "No you can't count them."

From what I understand the courts ruled that they are not allowed to count certain ballots, but the D’s are ignoring the ruling. Not a good look, and will most certainly be struck down in another court case.

Yeah, but they already spoke about this.  These Democrats have point blank said they do not give a fock, and will pervert the election outcome as they see fit.

Now, this wont be a surprise to many of us, but for some, it might be tough to hold them to account.....as has been done for others.

I think its time the governor steps in and nips this.

It's worth nothing that the governor is already being spoken of as a possible candidate for President in the next election.  That he hasn't already nipped this in the bud is telling.

So there is some interesting stuff in the verdict and the case. As I said earlier- McCormick was for counting these types of ballots in 2022 when it possibly benefitted him. He is against it now. The Democrat election officials pushed forward in this case because of what they said was in line with the state constitution's free and equal elections clause. Essentially they were trying to push the court to rule on that aspect of it. When the court struck this down (which is the right move by letter of the law) they purposely kicked the can down the road on the potential merits of that challenge, instead ruling it was too close to the election to change or determine it or change the rules.

This is also an issue that has been argued for a while now in the past few election cycles and everything. Basically, the PA Supreme Court said "Get back to us in a year if need be."

The right decision should have been to vacate the seat and have a new election to fill out the remainder of term next November, and neither of the two morons who ran, can't run in that election.

Seeing the ads of these two the last few months... no one should've voted for either person.
