Saw a commercial on foxnews this morning promoting Hegseth, saying it is the deep state trying to smear him, call your Senators and push them to nominate Pete. I don't recall ever seeing this tactic to push a nominee thru. The "its just the deepstate" pushing back narrative is stupid, but to even have to push in this way is pretty pathetic.

It may be stupid and pathetic but I expect it to work. Right now there is every reason to expect that on Hegseth, Gabbard and Kennedy the Republican Senators will bend the knee to Trump. I will be pleasantly surprised if I am wrong about this.

Yeah sorry, but you're in the minority here. The fact that you defend wokeness is the problem, not the people that want to end it.  This country soundly rejected it during the election and that is undeniable.

Just like slavery, Jim Crow and the KKK, the Democrats  positions on wokeness and EMBRACING even more racism will be relegated to the dustbin of extremely bad and abhorrent positions.  Racism seems to be a thing with you and your party.  You know that racism by any other name is still racism, right?
