I don’t see how it would be, otherwise wouldn’t all the tariffs from other countries be illegal too?

edit: or I guess they are just saying that Trump can’t decide to put them in place on his own, they have to go through Congress?

Correct. The Constitution gave this role to Congress. Trump is relying on a law that allows the President to do it in a time of emergency. There is no emergency.

Yes. I was simply being hopeful that this ruling is upheld.

Just like most anything we buy...we look for sales. Im not close to a coffee snob.  I have my morning 22 oz tumbler..Black. 

So for grounds.   Tim Hortons, Dunkin, even eight o clock are fine for me.

Had my draft this weekend, and 2 guys always come together with a 30 pack of Miller Lite.  I still like to have some light beer stocked just in case so I bought a 12 pack of Garage Beer and a 12 pack of Busch Light.  Sure enough they show up with the Lite 30 pack, saying they are hungover, but the one guy grabs a garage beer and is raving about it, the other guy then grabs one too and says the same thing and that they might switch to Garage beer.  It's a weird thing with light beer loyalty.

I use to be that way when I was in college.  It's always been Busch Light for the majority of people here in Eastern Iowa.
