And it was a very creative poll, manipulated with "an unusual method" - probably so they could get the result they wanted of naming Biden the worst in modern history (and to do that they also had to exclude Gerald Ford "for an undisclosed reason").

If you cannot ascertain for yourself why they omitted the unelected President elevated to office due to Nixon's resignation and who only served a half of a term there is probably no helping you.  As for the Hungarian Conservative, that is where the story was reported, but it was not they who conducted the poll.  Seems the poll itself was conducted by a firm with a fairly solid track record.  Finally, as for the method of trying to ascertain a subjective matter, basically an opinion, it seems to weigh impressions fairly well.  Now whether the sample polled was knowledgeable and reflective of national opinion is an open question, but your criticism seem like those of someone bent on not hearing the message sent and bent on trying to discredit that message before giving the matter any thought.  Basically a reflexive response showing no analysis whatsoever.

The poll is a joke. They wanted Biden to be declared the worst, so they got creative with the numbers and came up with something I have never seen done in any other poll before (and probably no one else has either).

Still waiting for you to come up with another poll or ranking of Presidents that excludes Gerald Ford from the list. And it is pretty obvious why it was done here, because he would have probably come up as the worst with the creative way they played with the numbers.

I guessing they couldn't up with a result that showed Biden as worst from the poll numbers they first got. So they tried different things and finally came up with this funky approach of "let's see how many voters place a president in the top and bottom two in their personal ranking" and use that. 

Maybe the first results of this creative poll has Gerald Ford as the worst. So they conveniently omitted him (for no logical reason since no other poll or ranking has done so) and voilà! Biden comes out as the worst.
