I have to acquiesce that Trump does hate to see our money flowing out to others.  So there is merit to what you say.

I might suggest there were other targets that made more sense.  And I remain firm that this agency, was integral to the misdeeds of Democrats globally, and by shutting it down Trump is eliminating a threat.   JMHO

I have worked with many agencies across time.....closely with Senators, White House.....DHS, HHS, Pentagon....and then some others like CMS. NIH, Postal, DOT...DOE....
