Official law official?

Im not a gang expert but from what I've read ms13 tats are pretty clear they are ms13.  They don't hide it.

Good job fellas, the illegal, wife beating, gang member didn't actually have 'MS13' on his knuckles. He only has symbols that represent MS13.

Massive dub for you boys.

Well it actually IS turning out to be a “dub” as you call it much to my surprise. 54% of the public believes this guy should be returned and given due process.  If you disagree you’re in the minority.

Strike thinks our Constitution is funny.

Honcho thinks it applies to illegals the same as citizens.  But only when Trump is president. It’s cool for the other guys.

Well, they’ll get an opportunity to weigh in in 2028. Until then bupkiss. But y’all keep taking up for the violent criminals you claim you want deported.

They’ll weigh in plenty before that. And you’re right, I will keep taking up for violent criminals and everyone else to get due process.

It does. Why do you keep arguing otherwise?

Because it doesn’t. Congress gave the authorities to deport illegals.  Sorry you don’t like that, but it’s true. How do you think Clinton, Obama and Biden were able to deport the millions and millions that they did? By bringing them in front of a judge?

You mean the party in power will lose the mid-terms? Yeah, that’s unprecedented.  lol. I think your girl Nancy lost the house 3x?

In most cases yes. And the Supreme Couet disagrees with you.

Ok. So the ones that Obama deported without your version of due process, you think they should be allowed back in?

I don’t know how many were deported without due process. The info on this provided by @HellToupee the other day was highly misleading. But to answer your question: yes of course, though ten years later it’s probably too late.

A Trump appointed judge in TEXAS!!!Oh this is so beautiful!

Quote

The Alien Enemies Act applies only when the country is facing an armed, organized attack, Rodriguez ruled.

I'm really glad a judge finally ruled on this.

Federal judge, a Trump appointee before Don starts crying about that, says the use of alien enemies act by Trump was unlawful.

Let me know when this Court rules that Trumps use of the Alien Enemies Act was unconstitutional because we aren't at war, or that all of those that were deported have to be returned to have their day in court which they were denied.

But yes, good job by the court in doing the bare minimum against the blatant power grab by the Executive Branch.

They ruled in Trump's favor on the Alien Enemies Act on Monday. Habeas Corpus.

On 4/11/2025 at 11:12 AM, Mike Honcho said:

No, they did not, they only ruled that those being deported have a right to Habeas Corpus, they made no ruling on the constitutionality of the law, or whether those people being deported under that law actually fall into the category the law defines.

You want to challenge it, that's how you have to do it bub. Sorry.

I'm confused as to how a lower court judge can rule the AEA is being used illegally when  was told by an expert that the SCOTUS had ruled on the act.  :dunno:
