The notice said he may be deported to the East African country "no earlier than 72 hours from now," not including weekends.

Earlier in the week, CBS News was first to report that Uganda had agreed to a U.S. request to accept deportees who are not its citizens, becoming the latest "third country" to strike a deportation agreement with the second Trump administration.

I haven’t really followed along to know if what you’ve written here is accurate, but what you accusing him of- cherry picking past posts without context in order to paint somebody as a liar or in a bad light- you have attempted to do to me dozens of times in the past. The hilarious part is the reason for the posts on 7/25 was that I was agreeing with your prior posts saying they could have deported him elsewhere, in replying to @RLLD and saying that the current trial was political theater.

You responded saying (direct quote, nice “serious discussion” btw):  “No they can't.  For someone supposedly knowledgeable about the issue you just made a very ignorant statement.  Is that what Billy told you?”

That’s when I quoted one of your posts from a few months prior saying they could have, and then you made the post above about the court order saying they couldn’t (and I know that’s what your caveat above is trying to allude to).

But for one, even if there was a court order saying that, I thought it was obvious I was saying they could have deported him INSTEAD of the trial, the only reason there was a court order at all was because of the trial.  In addition, the court order didn’t even say they couldn’t do it:
