We need some death penalty on this.

We will see, but I am expecting very flimsy evidence for the alledged 100 trafficking trips. Bondi's statement seemed like a narrative push. This is the 1st we are hearing about the findings of this Grand Jury.

My guess is they might get him only on the one trip from the traffic stop, nothing else

Yes, unlike Biden who didn’t.  After all, Trump is literally Hitler.

Eerily similar to Germany in the 1930’s

It's a win for the Constitution and our system of laws, it's scary so many have turned their backs to that and embrace authoritarianism.

It resembles 1930’s Germany.  We must do something.

Trump is probably the voice of reason here.  I’m sure Miller wanted to leave Abrego Garcia in an El Salvador prison for life.

He was basically an uber driver for illegals.  They weren’t being transported against their will.  Put him in jail or depart him, I don’t care, but it doesn’t sit right with me that they claim to have evidence of someone being involved in 50 deaths (!) and are not charging that person, only Abrego Garcia.

Wouldn’t say I’m “excited,” not like you when you upon a new tranny video. 🌈 😂

But I’m glad the court ruled that the POTUS can’t deport illegals to countries they aren’t even from without due process.

Sorry for the wait. I sleep in Saturdays so I wasn’t here at 6 am when you were trying to get my attention.

We are not cheering for the guy, we are cheering for following the Constituion. And they have yet to prove that he is a "human trafficker"

Ben Shapiro had a funny take on this.  It's like all of the stupid on the Dem side is made of iron filings, and Trump is a super magnet who can draw it out of them.  Of all the crap that Trump has done that they could leverage, they focus on the one topic (border security) that the country as a whole overwhelmingly supports, and choose a wife-beating illegal alien trafficker as their poster boy.

Yeah this is probably the key takeaway here.  The sheep thought we actually asked Bukele to send him back previously; lol.

This is your key takeaway?  You think all us MAGAturds thought Trump couldn't get him back if he wanted to?

And for the record, I've always said we should bring him back, since he had a stay of deportation to El Sal.

I agree.  Trump could always get him back not because we had the authority, but because of Trump's relationship with Bukele.  I never disputed that either.  But politically keeping this story front and center is a huge winner for Trump.  It's like he is the Pied Piper getting the Dems to march publicly behind the most unsympathetic figures.

Trump and bukele sat in front of the press the lied through their teeth to you, the press and everyone.  They said he couldn't come back.  Now he's coming back.  Huge loss and taco for Trump.

Trump says a lot of things for effect that aren't literal.  I supported Trump but I don't take everything he says literally so I don't feel lied to, if anyone does they need to quit taking politicians literally.  Barack Obama told Americans if they liked their doctor they could keep him, I knew better than that as well.  I admitted at the time, Trump could use his relationship with Bukele to return Garcia.  That was obvious.  It's also clear that if it weren't for that relationship, El Salvador would have no responsibility to return their citizen to the US.  Both things can be, and were true at the same time.

Now, more importantly what do you think caused Trump to bring him back yesterday?  Was it that suddenly the weight of the court and pressure were too much for him just on that day?  Or is it more likely he has been told of the evidence against Garcia and wants this to be in the news cycle to gain political advantage?  I think given his track record it's pretty clear.

You can say this issue is a loss for Trump if you want, but IMO this issue is a loser for Democrats.  Trump is dictating the terms and the timing for when this is occurring, you should ask yourself if this is a loser, why is he doing it?  Trump obviously believes it because every action he's taken is keeping this in the forefront of the news cycle.  Even pundits for the left are warning this isn't good for them.

Biden was such a POS he tired to use a set aside for our troops to pay off student loans. Also defies the Supreme Court.  Spending is required to be approved by Congress.  It’s right there in the constitution.

I didn’t say they thought we “couldn’t get him back if we wanted to.”  I said they thought we/Trump even asked.  Not all, but many.  @Cdub100 was one I saw at first glance.

But fair enough though, what was a more common argument was people saying we didn’t even need to ask (I know @EternalShinyAndChrome was one of those).  Drumming up these charges shows that the admin knew they had to try to get him back.  And of course, since we’re paying El Salvador to imprison these folks, they gave him back willingly.  I guess Bukele is now smuggling terrorists, which he initially scoffed at.

Well it’s the only explanation for why none of the other 6 co-conspirators are being charged, including the one that they claim was involved in 50 deaths.

So, if the government doesn't indict multiple people at the same time, the only reason is that they drummed up the charges?  It couldn't possibly be that they are doing things serially, and Garcia is the top priority?  Or that they are discussing immunity in exchange for testimony?  It's gotta be drummed up charges?

I’m not saying they’re fabricated, I’m just saying they were “drummed up” for the purpose of making sure he’s charged with something when he comes back to the US.

I’ll wait and see if anyone else is charged, but I’m skeptical.  Sounds like they claim to already have all the evidence.

edit: and I really hope someone involved with 50 deaths isn’t getting immunity for testifying against Abrego Garcia driving some illegals around.

Or maybe they were fine with just kicking his worthless ass out of the country but, since an activist judge decreed they had to bring him back, they decided to tack on some charges so he wouldn't be free to continue his lawless ways.

Huh?  He was already out of the country and they had no plans to bring him back until the judge (and Supreme Court) said they had to try to
