I honestly felt sorry for him when I saw him in a TBS sitcom called clipped around 2015. Played a gay barber and his husband was a black meter maid. It was so bad, it only lasted two months. You deserved better George.

Great actor as Norm.

In his first acting gig, e said that he'd gotten his name in the credits as an extra in "Somewhere in Time" even though his scene got cut. I re-watched the movie hoping he was wrong/exaggerating and I could see what a young George Wendt looked like but, sure enough, I couldn't find him. His name was indeed in the credits just as he'd said it would be.

Glad he persevered, he came a long way since then.
