They don't want to be left alone to have their culture. They've always had that. They could always go to the seedy side of town where they had their clubs. No problem. They want us to affirm their mental delusion condition is real, that they really are women, and because they really are women, to allow them to enter women's spaces and participate in women-only activities.

Also, if 'the vast majority of them' agree with us that men shouldn't compete in women's sports or library readings, this would have been banned a long time ago. Instead they fight tooth and nail to keep such access intact and any and all efforts to limit them require an extensive dragged out political and legal fight.

My company repainted all the campus crosswalks in pride colors. We got an e-mail last week telling employees to exercise caution in the rain because people have been slipping on the newly painted crosswalks. I guess they're gonna be redone with new sand infused paint or something to fix them.

Generally speaking as I navigate my way through the world I don't run into pride parades or events.  Once, maybe 18 years ago I did in Durango Colorado.  I was stopped by a traffic control officer so that a pride parade could pass down the street upon which I was intending to turn.  I had no idea the parade was scheduled as I was visiting that town and had no prior knowledge of the event.  I was delayed maybe 15 minutes while the participants passed bye.  I had my youngest in the car, 8 years-old at the time.  She asked about the display of nudity and fetishistic behavior being exhibited.  I said the world contains a wide variety of people and beliefs and that this display was one such example of that variety.

Yearly the reservior upon which I kayak routinely closes down for a pride event.  I am unclear how my kayaking miles from the beach and pavilions where the event is held would detract from the event, yet my yearly pass is not honored that day.  I simply go elsewhere on that particular day.
