There was some outrage on the far left but most of us were fine with it and agreed with it.  It's not the deportations per se, it's who they are going after and how they are doing it.

Using blackhawk helicopters to break into apartment buildings looking for people with families that have been here for decades?  Not cool.  Pulling teenage girls out of cars, abuelas running taco stands, dad dropping his American kids off at school, uncalled for.  But the violence is the point.  They want to terrorize communities so they stop coming here or leave on their own.

Wow..Finally someone is seeing beyond what is right in front of his face and realizing there is much more than removing who is here.  Said this so many times it gets old repeating it.  It's a message to the rest of the world as well. DONT COME HERE ILLEGALLY.  If you do, you will probably not be happy with your decision.  This is exactly the message that needs to be sent out to the caravans of illegals to help them decide if it might be better to stay home than come to the US.  It is effective and the more ICE stories that get in the media, the more this message gets sent out.  Which is absolutely the right message to send.   If you are not here legally, or you want to enter here illegally, it is likely a bad decision.

Great post.  I've been meaning to post that I expect large turnout for these events in part because Trump is solving the Gaza problem.  With that box checked, the Lefties have one less issue to protest about.  Well, they still complain about Gaza (real estate$#@!) but it's not the same.  Anyway, they will channel their "revolution" energy into this issue, for the weekend at least.
