Israel's quest for justice exposes Hamas' systematic sexual violence campaign during October 7 massacre

Rape, gang-rape and acts of extreme sexual violence carried out by Hamas terrorists during their brutal Oct. 7, 2023 attack on southern Israel were part of a well-planned systematic weapon of war, a report, based on collated, open-source evidence and new testimonies, has found.

Authored by The Dinah Project, a global initiative advancing justice for victims of conflict-related sexual violence, the 80-page report titled "A Quest for Justice: October 7 and Beyond" calls on international human rights groups to recognize that Hamas weaponized sexual violence as part of its atrocities and demands that the U.N. secretary general blacklist the Palestinian terror group.

"The main goal is to provide, for the first time, a comprehensive framework, based on all the available information, that has been analyzed and cross-checked from a legal perspective to prove that sexual violence was indeed used as a weapon of war by Hamas on October 7," Professor Ruth Halperin-Kaddari, director of the Rackman Center for the Advancement of the Status of Women at Bar-Ilan University, which oversees the Dinah Project, told Fox News Digital.

"Based on that, we hope to develop or to propose a legal theory that allows for the prosecution of all the terrorists who took part in the attack and hold them responsible and accountable for all the acts of sexual violence that were perpetrated," said Halperin-Kaddari, who officially presented the report to Israel’s first lady Michal Herzog, wife of Israeli President Isaac Herzog, on Tuesday.

While accounts of sexual violence, including rape, gang-rape and genital mutilation, emerged quickly following Hamas’ brutal attack that sparked 20 months of war in Gaza, some in the international community – including multiple women’s rights groups – cast doubt on the reports due to a lack of physical evidence or of victims.

Most of the victims, Halperin-Kaddari pointed out, were either murdered, taken hostage or too traumatized to speak about their experience.

"It was a huge disappointment that the international human rights community could not handle the truth or escape the politicization of this issue," she said, adding, "it’s a sign of a failure by the international human rights community that could not accept a complex situation where one side in the conflict, which is always perceived to be the victim, turns into the aggressor and uses the most horrific kind of crime -- rapes and sexual violence -- to advance their cause."

In turn Israel leveled gaza, killed pretty much everyone, and is starving the rest. Also there's a video going around of Israel forces gang raping a teenage prisinor.

What I still find interesting is that these guys somehow broke through one of the most highly protected borders in the world. Mosad knew about it, probably helped planed it and did nothing while it happened.

Don't forget Netanyahu was on the brink of a civil war before the attack

I have as much love for Palestinians as they do for Americans (remember their 9/11 dancing?"). Nobody would be surprised if "Hamas systematic sex violence" is true - probably is knowing them. Despite the fact that Israel is more than happy for you to hear it in order soften the impact of their own genocide.  I supported Israel's initial reaction to the Hamas attack - any country would retaliate like that.

However, as a normal human I refuse to support starving a population to death, withholding medicine/vital supplies, and mass-bombing civilians just to kill a couple fighters. We're talking little kids and regular civilians. Don't know what the answer to removing Hamas is, but this can't be it. Israel's actions over the past year are sickening and forever altered the way I think of Israeli's.

My President apparently supports this garbage - I sure as hell don't.

This is without a doubt, the most disgusting ,egregious & disappointing thing you have ever posted here. I've given you a lot of slack over some of the things you've said in the past but this is just reprehensible. It's absolute proof of the charlatan that you are and that your "faith" & self righteous stance is complete bs. You are not a Penitent man, you are vile.

Which makes it even more sad that Israel allowed the attack and probably helped it along in some way.

Serial rapists on both sides. Israel has been raping prisoners, including raping males. A giant cesspool of degeneracy between the two.

I remember the dancing Jews on 9/11.

I agree with everything else you said. I'm not a fan of either group. But the mass destruction and death is why people are calling this a genocide.

He really needs to look inwards before passing judgment on others......his actions are definitely not the behavior expected by who he allegedly represents. I fully expect him to show up here, defend his behavior a begin judging again.

If indisputable evidence ever came out that tied Israel directly to 9/11, I wonder if the pro Israel accounts would think differently. I have seen enough evidence to make me believe they were involved.

Nah that's anti-Semitic, and all the things that tie them to 9/11 are a coincidence.

Yep, he should.  Also when I read "withholding medicine/vital supplies," I know you've been drinking the Hamas Harry koolaid.

To repeat for @GobbleDog:  Israel is perhaps the first country in the history of war to go out of its way to provide aid for the country they are at war with.  They, along with the US, created the GHF because UNRWA is a Hamas shill organization that was providing aid directly to Hamas.  Then Hamas Harry would take pictures of starving people and you'd all say "oh nooooes the kids!"  blaming Israel because that is what you have been spoon fed.  The GHF bypasses UNRWA and Hamas is apoplectic, because controlling the supplies is critical to them maintaining control over the Palestinian people they want to keep terrorizing.  So they take videos of mostly young men running through the desert with gunfire in the background and give it to hack sites like SuppressedNews so they can tweet "Israel killed 38 people at the aid station today$#@!", and again, people lap it up.

Perhaps one of you two can tell me your thoughts on Hamas in all this?  Also, can you provide an example of another country going out of their way to provide aid to their enemy like Israel is?

War sucks. Maybe they should stop attacking Israel. Well, a little late for that.

That liberals lie to themselves and refuse to admit that Hamas turned their own citizens into combatants on purpose is really all we need to know about them, and how vile their ideology truly is

People that use the word Islamophobia are not very smart. There are over 2 billion Muslims in the world. The percentage of "radical" Muslims is estimated to be 15-25%. At 15% thats 300,000,000.

Three hundred million

It's not a phobia......it's a legitimate cause for concern.
