If it went down like the guy said, ICE was way over the line.  I don't care if cats get beat down when they break laws, but from his narrative, he didn't break any laws.

However, almost every story like this is BS.  They always come out and say they didn't do nuttin and "all I said was, 'golly gee officer, I hope you have a wonderful day.  May I buy you a coffee?' Then he attacked me!"

Then when the law enforcement agent gives the story, it's all, "he came at me like a rabid dog threatening to kill me, my fellow officers, my whole family, Jesus, puppies and babies."

Then you see the videos and the citizens were agitating like crazy, usually breaking a law, and the agents usually use more force than I think is necessary, but within the law.

In this case, it sounds like they held him in custody until his wife got a lawyer and then they let him go with no charges.  Therefore, I side with the wokie on this one since if they could've put a jaywalking charge on him they would have.

I'm going ice in the wrong on this one, but the dude should have video since he was recording, eh?

He probably couldn't close the hold but I could see someone getting their arm around a driver's neck.

You guy's argument should probably be something like following the agents compromises opsec given the publicized organization of SJWs broadcasting their location continuously.  Probably not a great line, but it's at least defendable.

But today, to my knowledge, it's not illegal to follow ICE, so they'll just have to get over it.

US citizen special ed teacher detained for 12 hours before being released without charges after being accused of “ramming” DHS vehicle.  Witnesses say otherwise and pretty sure they would have charged her if she actually did ram them.

Well did she ram (hit, bump, rub, scrape) a DHS vehicle?  If so she probably got off easy.

Getting released without charges to me indicates she likely did not

Well if they described it as ramming, she probably rubbed a bumper or something.

It apparently happened right outside the school she worked at, at best for DHS it may have been an accident.  Witnesses claim they rammed her.

I will say the real estate agent guy did it right.  Took a beating he didn't have coming, and now I'm at least open to reining in ice.

If I see start seeing systemic abuse of force for law abiding citizens, I'll pick up a pitchfork and torch too.

As it is now, given this is the first I've seen where the victim didn't have it coming, I'd say discipline and train these officers.  If I see more, then more people like me will insist on clear, lawful rules of engagement from ICE.

See how easy it is?

If they charge her they have to go to court.  Waste of time in communist Minnesota.

No offense to witnesses, but look at this thread.  Fairly clear video of what happened and we still get a spectrum of opinions along party lines.  I can't trust none of y'all mofos.  I need video evidence or I ain't buying shìt from either side.

Seems to me though if you don't want to be followed, drive to a parking lot, wait for the follower to park, block the person in and have your tactical units drive away for whatever operation they're doing.

You just got a flood of funding and a bunch of untrained agents.  Use them for dumb stuff like this if it bothers you so much.

This whole ICE surge on Minneapolis was a farce from go. They’re not there for any legitimate immigration enforcement reason, they’re there to cause chaos. The total lack of professionalism is a disgrace.

Plenty of video of that.

Remember when they accused a 71 year old Jewish grandma of “pushing” one of them and @Strike believed it?  Released without charges.

https://www.nbcsandiego.com/news/local/ice-arrests-71-year-old-grandmother-a-us-citizen-at-san-diego-immigration-court/3865098/

79 year old US citizen thrown to the ground.  Released without charges.

https://www.foxla.com/news/79-year-old-u-s-citizen-suing-dhs-50-million-over-van-nuys-car-wash-ice-raid

I’m also not sure if you’ve acknowledged the video of the US citizen woman being pulled from her car, thrown to the ground and having a knee put on her neck.  DHS stated numerous 100% confirmed lies about it.  She was also later released without charges.

 https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/crime/shocking-footage-shows-chicago-teens-violently-forced-to-the-ground-by-ice-for-recording-them/ar-AA1OrCPL

If they’re supposedly doing something bad enough that they get thrown to the ground, it should be bad enough that they actually get charged with something.

I think it's just so they can say they're "doing something" about the fraud although I would say the link is tenuous at best.

DHS being in Minneapolis right now is 100% political theater to own the libs.  The fraud is overwhelmingly being committed by US citizens.  You know all these Florida dudes that just joined ICE are hating being in Minnesota in January.

You're getting greedy.  The link says violently thrown to the ground.  You say he put a knee on her neck.  She wasn't violently thrown to the ground and he didn't put a knee on her neck.  He put it on her back while he kept weight on his other foot. I don't get why you guys act like people can't see.

And in this instance, we have no idea what the context was on why they detained her.  Clearly something happened.  This makes me not even want to go chase down the other two links.  I did click the second one, but it was taking forever to load, so I gave up.

I think when you start quibbling over whether the knee was on her neck vs her back, we’ve kinda lost the plot.
