"A Treasonous Conspiracy" - DNI Gabbard Exposes Obama At Center Of Trump 'Russia Hoax'

Good point. If there was evidence of potential Trump/Russia collusion, Obama did nothing wrong even if these stories are true.

I think the claim (not saying I agree) is that there isn’t any evidence.

Well that boat has sailed. We have the Mueller report outlining it all, an investigation was completely warranted, even if it could not determine whether collusion occurred. I know MAGA likes to pretend that report says things it doesn't, and doesn't say things it does, but I would hope that the DOJ is not yet compromised to the point that they would pursue Obama without rock solid evidence.

And, to be clear, if there is actual evidence that Obama did something unlawful, cook him for it. I'm confident there's nothing real there.

Put these scumbags through the wringer.  Let Obama get in front of the country and take the fifth time after time. Hell yes.

Why did they lie on the fisa warrant? Never mind. You got  nothing, as usual.

I have no focking clue what you're ranting about. You're purposefully ignorant, and will remain that way because that's how you like it. I am no school marm, but you could absolutely use one. Preferably one that's old school and believes in corporal punishment.

Sorry, I thought you were talking about the evidence against Russia interfering.  My understanding is their claim is basically “the evidence was based entirely off the Steele Dossier, so treason!!!”

You and I are done "debating." You are incapable of good faith conversation. You're only good for verbal sparring and insults, which while fun at times, is sort of like eating too much junk food. Enjoyable in the moment, but eventually your body wants something real, like steak and a salad.

You're the human equivalent of a bag of pork rinds.

The SCOTUS ruling on immunity. The subject of the conversation you pushed your fat mouth into. You’re right, you have no clue. Just hysterical ranting. Got your period?

Lie about what? Why should I engage with you when you ignore facts and don't back up your own claims, ever? Fuk off pork rinds.

You’re really don’t know that an FBI lawyer was convicted of lying on the FISA warrant application to spy on the Trump campaign? His name was Kleinsmith. You dope.

He’s in a different group.  He joined the Nasty Boys but some dopey wrestlers have sued them for copyright infringement.  They have been standing down and standing by per attorney orders.  Long story short  I’ll let him know you inquired.

He's talking about the FBI agent, who falsified an email to get a wiretap extended for a third time.  Note that nothing was wrong with the first two applications for the wiretaps and they were passed judicial scrutiny.  And the reason why he "lied" as HT puts it-cause he was lazy.

Quote

The only person charged in the Justice Department’s investigation into the origins of the probe of former President Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign and its ties to Russia was spared prison time for altering an email used to support a surveillance application.

Former FBI attorney Kevin Clinesmith, 38, received the sentence of 12 months probation and 400 hours community service from U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg Friday during a video hearing.

Clinesmith admitted that in June 2017 he sent an altered email to an FBI agent that indicated a target of court-ordered FBI surveillance, former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page, was “not a source” for the Central Intelligence Agency. The statement, passed along as the FBI was applying for a third extension of surveillance of Page, made Page’s actions seem more suspicious by downplaying his past cooperation with the CIA.

Clinesmith insisted that he thought the statement was true at the time and only altered the message to save himself the hassle of procuring another email from the CIA. Prosecutors contested that claim, arguing that the FBI lawyer intended to mislead his colleague, but Boasberg sided with the defense on that point.

“My view of the evidence is that Mr. Clinesmith likely believed that what he said about Mr. Page was true,” Boasberg said. “By altering the email, he was saving himself some work and taking an inappropriate shortcut.”

While Trump and his GOP allies have suggested that Clinesmith was engaged in a political vendetta against Trump, Boasberg noted that a Justice Department inspector general investigation failed to establish that political considerations played a role in Clinesmith’s actions or numerous other errors and omissions that impacted filings with the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.

John Brennan once voted for a communist for president

He applied to the CIA in 1980. During the application process, he admitted during a lie-detector test that he had voted for the Communist Party candidate four years earlier. To his surprise, he was still accepted

A Senate committee, led by the GOP, concluded Russia interfered with the election to aide Trump in winning. It was led by the current SoS. Any this a bit of a wrinkle in the “this was made up by Hillary” angle?

John  Brennan lied to Congress when he said the Steele dossier was not used as a predicate to spy on the Trump campaign. Official documents show that’s not the truth. Why did he lie? Lazy? 💯🤡 up in here.

Thanks, but I knew all of that, and remembered. I was just fuking with Twatadour because I was tired of his no-link bs and wasn't going to go to waste my time rehashing it when it makes zero difference; HT prefers ignorance.

Andrew McCabe, former FBI Deputy Director, testified to Congress that the FBI would not have sought a FISA warrant for Carter Page without the information contained in the Steele dossier. He also stated that, at the time of his testimony, he couldn't recall a single piece of damaging information from the dossier that the FBI had verified.
