Summer is our winter, so it can't end soon enough.  Wife and I are going to the White Mountains in NE Arizona for two weeks end of August.  Also maybe heading to NYC in September to visit our daughter there.  August/September are the worst, you just can't wait for it to be done.

But it's also football season, woot!

 Im worried about this year. The Gulf is above average warm which fuels all that energy to strengthen them. Add in we had a foot of snow one day this past winter, which was a hundred year,storm. We've had a very mild summer so far in the Sacramento Valley, but it looks like August is going to kick our butts in terms of heat. I imagine we will have some fires kick up too in the really dry areas.

Oh I will. I just think 9 coaches is a bit much. 9 coaches with 9 kids. I didn’t bother putting my name in.

Probably because you are a Giants fan...  (I kid...)

Just watch how the other coaches do and if you think you can do a better job next season, step up and volunteer...  I watched my son play basketball for three seasons and just complained to my wife about the coaching and what they did at practices and during the games...  The following year, I stepped into a head coaching position and we won the championship (drafted well and found playing rotations that worked really well...)  He played one more year and was no longer into it, but that was fun coaching...

What is the age group? In lower levels you need them to keep order at practice, keep them in lines etc
