I don’t think it’s part of the ACA subsidy extension which is the topic of this shutdown. 
 

All undocumented immigrants have access to ER, and in 8 states, California included, some undocumented immigrants have limited access to Medicaid. I wish all of them had full access but they don’t.

So all you want is the subsidies?  You don't want the matching funds for Medicaid expansion?  Because that's how states are getting federal funds to pay for illegals healthcare.

Right now, CA illegals have full coverage, limited access doesn't start until 2026/2027 and it's ONLY going to limited access because it bankrupted the entire system in a year.

In 2024 California agreed to pay 52 million to the federal government for improper reimbursements of illegals. 

That is 52 million in pure profit because it is not happening at all...ever, as tim and ron have assured me.

@RaiderHaters Revenge, GutterRon's position is that because the republicans can invoke something they call the nuclear option to change the voting rules, they can force through the spending bill, but to be clear, GutterRon doesn't advocate they should do this. 

He is just saying they can, and because they theoretically can - but shouldn't in his eyes - it's their fault we are shutdown right now instead of the Blue Team which didn't want to stay open under current Biden admin spending which was the offer on the table. 

@Ray_T and I would have 100% thought GutterRon was a chick with logic like this, but I know he's a male unless he's been catfishing for over 15 or so years.
