See your wife (red team) orders you (blue team) to buy her a ring (sign the CR), and if you don't she'll go fock some other dude (start firing people).  When you (blue team) say no to the ring (CR) and then she does fock another dude (fire people), you blame yourself (blue team) for not buying the ring (sign the CR).
