I think we’ll find out just exactly how little they’re needed. No doubt some need, but I bet, based on the initial intent of the program, it’s well below 25%. He’ll, I might even say below 10%.

I don’t, nor my family or friends receive SNAP. It won’t affect me at all. I am sympathetic because in the mid 90’s I used to get $149/month in food stamps. It was so very little and it wasn’t enough, even back then.
