I'll point out that it's been 160+ years since the last time this happened in the US, and all of the above examples were carried out after a trial of some sort. While I do not literally think our dlckless wonder of a POTUS is advocating directly for political assassinations, some of his more deranged acolytes might, which he damn well knows. Dude survived a very near miss himself last year. For him to say stuff like this is just further example of how unfit he is.

I don’t think it makes sense to specify what orders are illegal. The point is to get people thinking about what is or isn’t legal when they get orders. Also, it would cease to be relevant if different illegal orders were issued.

Personally, I think if you’re going to imply that the military is getting illegal orders you’re obliged to explain what those illegal orders are.

I think the implication is that this president has no respect for the law and therefore they should be watching out for illegal orders. 
 

Just like if you’re in the same neighborhood as my uncle. I can’t tell what kind of crazy he is gonna pull, but you’d better look out if he’s in the vicinity.

when libs constantly say EVERYTHING TRUMP IS DOING IS ILLEGAL they are setting the bar for a military coup.  Trump deploying National Guards to protect federal buildings is not illegal (yet libs claim it is) Trump raising tariffs is not illegal, yet libs say he is.
