Fight Club is the better movie. If for nothing else, that last scene where things start blowing up while Where Is My Mind by the Pixies plays. One of my favorite musical moments in a movie. I suppose you don't like the Pixies either? 

Rounders was a great watch, but I feel like you need to be a poker player to really appreciate it. If I didn't enjoy poker, it wouldn't have been nearly as good.

I still get a bit of a pit in my stomach when the cop game scene comes up.

There are countless songs that I immediately associate with movies. Where Is My Mind is right up there with Moving In Stereo near the top

Sweet Emotion and Free Ride bookending Dazed and Confused, and Combination of the Two by Big Brother and the Holding Co. at the beginning of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas also rank highly for me. Heroes from The Perks of Being a Wallflower is top notch too.
