Kind of hard to claim it assault when her forward movement started after having up to three bullets in her brain.

What's this?

No surprise here

“The wife of Renee Nicole Good—the 37-year-old Minneapolis shooting victim who attempted to run over an ICE officer—appears to have been outside the vehicle filming as her wife blocked ICE vehicles.

She is seen wearing a flannel shirt, walking around the vehicle and recording ICE officers.

She later runs back to the vehicle to check on Renee.

Afterward, she tells a nearby man, “That’s my wife.”

When he asks if she knows any of her wife’s relatives she could call, she responds, “We're new here. I don't have people... I can’t even breathe right now.”

Why was she outside the vehicle filming while her wife was blocking ICE officers?”

Who was paying them?

Look at the video.

A video that I saw shows her turning her wheels from the left, to straight, her front wheels slipping as she stepped on the gas, with the agent standing in front of her vehicle.

I can't link to it because I saw it on a podcast, but if I were that agent in front of her vehicle, I would think she was trying to hit me.

In that scenario, when someone is perceived to be using the vehicle as a weapon, it's legal, and appropriate, to fire in self defense.

It's very unfortunate but that woman could've prevented the entire interaction.

Great question. There is a witness that there saying the deceased was in the lead car. Not just an everyday lezbo mom

I'm sipping a Jefferson Reserve cask strength bourbon so I'm not feeling like mathing right now... but didn't you recently argue in defense of the 80+ percent of Minnesotan Somalis on some sort of welfare because they were recent immigrants/asylum seekers?  :dunno:

Enjoy your drink, I can check my own math.

That's pretty much it.  I do feel awful, specifically for her child.  There's a lot of this we don't know so I don't want to jump to too many conclusions but the video does show her impeding ICE agents and not complying with their commands.  It's just never a good idea to do that.  Whether Trump or Obama is President, whether you are in Minneapolis or a rural Arkansas county, it just has the potential to end very very badly.

You can feel bad that it happened, awful for the child now without their mom, but when you put yourself into that spot it's always possible things can go bad.  Whether the shooting is deemed justified or criminal, she put herself into a spot things could go very badly, and they did.

The agent obviously has improper training and had no business being in front of the vehicle. Does it make a lick of sense to you that one in a volatile situation step in front of a vehicle? Did he think his body would somehow stop the vehicle from getting away?

ICE agents are police officers. They don't have the same authority as a local cop in a traffic issue, which this was. This woman is being portrayed as a domestic terrorist. Seriously? She was a scared person caught in a weird situation with masked idiots with guns clawing at her doors, and she made like a three-point turn to try to leave there, with a dumbass ICE agent putting himself in front of her vehicle.

MAGA is going to lose this one, but perhaps this victim whose young child lost a mother will serve as what this nation will rally around to throw the MAGA scum out of power and remove Trump as president.

This is what MAGA maggots voted for, which is terrible.

Are you a trained ICE agent?

She put herself, on purpose, in the middle of a law enforcement operation. She didn’t “find” herself in anything.

In a sane society, this would be universally seen as a tragedy. The agency would immediately apologize, suspend the officers involved, and have an investigation. Then use it to teach others how NOT to handle things.

Instead they falsely accuse an innocent woman of domestic terrorism. And let their agents know that they can kill whoever they want with impunity.

Or, just hear me out, when uniformed officers, with blue lights flashing, approach your vehicle, and give lawful commands, maybe comply. You just might make it home that night.

Or, aim your 3,000 lb vehicle at one of them, step on the gas and don't make it home that night. Its your choice.

:dunno:

Yep, and I'm more than ready to fight against this tyrannical regime if necessary.

Not what happened. Look at the video. Don't compare cowboy ICE azzholes to local police. Not even remotely the same in myriad ways. This was a murder carried out by a d!ckhead pumped up on authority.

Its common for law enforcement officers to position themselves in front of vehicles to dissuade law abiding people from fleeing. She tried to flee.

It sucks, but she got what she got because she tried to flee with a LEO standing in front of her vehicle.

Can’t take credit for this, but they made a great point:

Quote

People like to claim that politicians don't care about ordinary people. That's not true in the US, where the president himself will take time out of his day to lie about the circumstances of your death when one of his agents murders you.

In a sane country, you don’t open up your borders and bring in millions and millions of unvetted immigrants that will be dependent on tax payers to provide for them, just so your party can get some easy votes.

Just out of curiosity, question for you libs.  Would your opinion of this incident change If it turned out that the agent who shot the "victim" had been rammed and dragged by a protestor previously?

Do you have video of the previous incident?  Could be that the guy is just dumb and doesn’t know how to move out of the way of moving cars.

It’s clear as day from the video she tried to drive off when the Ice agent grabbed the door to her car, not trying to run someone over.

I can’t say whether she hit the agent or if he was justified in firing. All I can say for sure is that Noem is a complete embarrassment.

This is the correct take.  If the car made contact with the agent which it appears it did, then he was most likely justified legally.  But anyone who thinks she was “trying to run him over” and not simply trying to flee needs their head examined.

Why does Strike think this supports his position? Kristi Noem said this agent has a history of jumping in front of cars. He’s clearly terrible at his job and a danger to the public.

The Minnesota Police and Peace officers association has condemned the dangerous rhetoric from political leaders against law enforcement.

So he would be less dead if the reason she ran him over was she was trying to flee instead of her actually trying to kill him?

Was it confirmed how long it took to render first aid?  Multiple witnesses reported a bystander that identified themself as a doctor was not permitted to help and in the main bystander video law enforcement appears to take their time in checking on her.  It also appears that they may have hurried the shooter away from the scene which isn’t a good look.

If you see a car backing up and about to pull away, the correct response is to move , not shoot into the car.

Removing the officer involved in the investigation is procedural. They question him/her away from the incident while the investigation takes place.

can anybody tell me where he’s standing? Gosh that looks almost like about the angle  A bullet would go through a window. Funny how that works.

Holy sh1t. Don't post a still frame of a video that doesn't accurately portray the situation. We're not stupid.
