Who's next year's Melvin Gordon or Demarco Murray?

Recommended Posts

Booker in Denver perhaps?

Gurley of course could be similar to what Murray was. A proven RB falling off only to prove himself again.

Maybe Robert Kelley in DC?

Wendell Smallwood in Philly?

Who will be next year's Ezekiel Elliott?

P Perkins.

Henry I think will diffently be much more involved.

Also interesting will be to see how the Packers use Ty Montgomery.

Kelley of the Redskins is another.

Dixon of the Ravens

God Bless and Merry Christmas.

Read Luke 2.

I just don't think Booker is all that good. He seems solid, but with a poor oline he isn't going anywhere

I'm thinking D Murray and D Henry will evolve into a 2 back situation similar to what we saw during the heyday of D Williams and J Stewart in Carolina.

I was kind of thinking the same thing when I typed that but Denver is a weird place for RBs. They have had several RBs have big years that I didn't think were the best players. They will fix the OL, or at least try.

Couldn't count him out.

I think Rawls has the ability to be a good Rb.

And I agree they need to fix their Oline problem.

Not only for Rawls, but they need to protect Wilson.

Rawls main problem has been staying healthy.

That and he's been a little inconsistent. I believe that would fix itself though fairly well if he stays on the field.

He certainly has the potential.

It will be hard for Rawls because of CJP being a superior 3rd dowb back and possibly better all around back. Booker hasn't shown much and CJ Anderson will be back.

Another guy I will add is Lamar Miller. If we are talking about guys that could bounce back. I think the perception is worse than reality. He has had a banged up OL, horse crap QB and has been constantly nicked up. Maybe it is true he can't carry the load but he has the top 5 back potential if he is discounted next year.

almost all of you are talking about players instead of about situations, schemes, and philosophies.

murray is a perfect example of why the situation is often more important than the player. in the right situations, he was great twice. but in the wrong one, he was fantasy junk.

for example, smart owners won't be as focused on ajayi as they will be on tannehill's knee, pouncey and tunsil, and that clyde christensen came out of the manning-era colts, having always coached the passing game positions (QB/WR).

I don't recall even seeing Ajayi named mention.

Jordan Howard would be my choice. Excellent running back that is physical and hits the hole with intensity.

he's going to be drafted high though, so missing the point.

"Murray and Gordon" refers to players that will be drafted in the mid rounds but that become elite RBs.

Sounds like the kind of stuff that was said about Gordon before this season.

Duke Johnson

Jalen Richard

Tevin Coleman

K Dixon

B Powell

D Booker

Prosise

Throwing crap against the wall.

One thing is for sure, I will not be investing in old RB's unless they're depth on my roster. I fell for the Adrian Peterson rankings this year and it costed me a 1st round pick.

I'm interested in seeing where Eddie Lacy goes this offseason.

The fantasy community as a whole is just about tired of him...similar to what DeMarco and Melvin saw this offseason.

If he lands in a good spot, I might have a couple shares

Richard interests me since murray is a free agent at season's end. is there any evidence to support richard as a potential lead back? he's a TAD on the small side, but not really. he's just an inch or 2 shorter than your prototypical back
