I appreciate the response. Regarding the trans, in my OP I specifically said sports and safe spaces. Locker rooms, spas, prisons (odd to call that a "safe space," but you get it). I said nothing about using pronouns or preferred names, which BTW I've done in the past with trans people I've known. To me that is common courtesy to an individual, but I see that as a personal decision which is NOT a moral absolute in either direction, and as such I oppose any newspeak legislation, for instance. I also agree with most of your Palestinian bullets, except perhaps your last one. I have no problem with the moral absolutism that the things I laid out regarding the treatment of women (and LGBTQ) are morally wrong. We could also discuss what makes a human "garbage," but I don't want to go down that rathole. Let's just say that I believe that the vast majority of Palestinians, other than the youngest of children, have been brainwashed beyond redemption into beliefs which are anathema to being a peaceful, contributing society. I value life so I don't support wanton killing of them. As I type this, I think the real challenge to my OP premise is: who defines the moral absolutes? This brings in the concept of a Judeo-Christian underpinning -- even if you don't believe in the God part, the ten commandments and the teachings of Jesus are a pretty good basis for a society IMO. -

Curious if your stance on any of this will change if one of those women that you told to "STFU" is sexually assaulted or harassed by said trans woman while in this locker room? Not even that, if the trans woman finds it necessary to walk around naked showing their p3nis to everyone all the time. You'd find this okay? Or the biological females should just continue to STFU even if it makes them uncomfortable? -
Agreed. The Left likes to legislate from the extremes on abortion. OMG, a 10 yr old hyperpubescent girl from Ohio got impregnated by her POS father, we need to let all women abort whenever they want%$#@! Is it though? Is it bad for a society that wants to continue to exist, to encourage the sanctity of life? As a libertarian, I agree with Bill Clinton: safe, legal, and RARE. It's the same way I feel about the trans stuff. I'd just as well the government not get involved with these issues. But here we are, telling women that it's cool to kill your unborn child for convenience (the vast majority of abortions). And as a bonus, we think backfilling with illegal aliens is the way to keep our house of cards going. To me, it is so obvious that this is the primary threat to our country, not Trump hanging Pence on a faux gallows. And it is just wrong, this glorification of selective abortion for convenience. I'd appreciate your thoughts.

For all I know I pass trans people all the time without realizing it, so I am not claiming any particular trans ID skills. This particular trans was clearly a dude in transition and looked exactly like a guy with tiits dressed like a woman. It’s possible I was wrong. Unlike LC, when I encounter a tranny I don’t check for the twig and berries.

Speaking of lies … Remember when you said if the Biden investigation didn’t find definitive proof of his wrongdoing you’d admit that you were wrong? Only to later walk that back and claim you’d say “I was wrong” but continue to believe he’s guilty? Also, remember how you used to say BLM protestors should die in a fire because police brutality against black people isn’t a serious problem … only to later express phony concern trans people might abuse our daughters? Pretty much agree with this. Baier interrupted her several times right in the beginning which was super annoying, and shocker that all the conservatives who whined about the moderators from the debate don’t have a problem with that. He did get a little better with that later on at least. I thought it was laughable that he asked about trans surgeries for prisoners before the economy, or frankly at all if only having 30 minutes. She didn’t do horrible, but she did give mostly non-answers. “But Trump” isn’t irrelevant when that’s the guy you’re running against, but it was pretty stupid of her to say “Donald Trump has been running for office that entire time” when asked why people thought the country was on the wrong track during the current administration. But she didn’t blame everything on Trump, for example she called out how the border was a mess even before Trump. Overall this probably isn’t going to change anyone’s mind either way.

I think one of those instances you would agree includes what the student endure in their congressional testimony in RLLD's video. Would you agree that what these students are describing/enduring is significantly worse than what gay/trans people in any capacity endure. If not have you got something similar. it would seem to me that the bullying is significantly worse for conservative and Jewish students on college campuses than what happens to trans people in any capacity, anywhere, but that may be a limb too far. Have you got any videos or sources of intimidation of trans people that would rival RLLD's? -
It can be a safety issue for trans women to play biological women in volleyball. Just saying I don’t think it is in this particular case.

Some states, such as Florida, Tennessee, West Virginia and Texas, banned transgender youths from competing on sports teams that aligned with their gender identities. In Vermont, students are allowed to participate in “VPA activities in a manner consistent with their gender identity," according to the Vermont Principals’ Association, the state’s governing body for school sports. In a letter dated Oct. 5, the association said supporting transgender athletes is "a core part of building an inclusive community for each student to grow and thrive." Fogg said in her statement that she believes "allowing biological males to participate in women’s sports sets a bad precedent for the future of women’s sports in general." Contacted Wednesday, the school declined to discuss the matter further. Data shows that participating in sports can help LGBTQ+ youth increase their self-esteem and gives them a sense of belonging while decreasing feelings of "hopelessness and suicidality," according to GLSEN, an organization that fights LGBTQ+ discrimination. Amanda Rohdenburg, the associate director of Outright Vermont, which advocates for LGBTQ+ youth, said the school's actions show that Vermont "is not immune to anti-trans hate." Y’all are missing the bigger picture. The most important part of what he said was, and I’m paraphrasing, that heteronormativity was being lumped in with racism and the evil white patriarchy. This is all part of the larger plan to push far left ideology. The goal is to wreck our institutions and societal norms and “build back better”. The same people pushing this have pushed antifa/Project 1619/CRT/BLM/Free Palestine/Occupy Wall Street/stolen land, etc. It’s no accident that the true reason for BLM existing was to “center black trans lives” and destroy the nuclear family. This garbage is in schools because of radical leftist teachers unions, not the sudden blossoming of young trans and gay population. -

This is terrible science; I can't believe it was published. Their argument is that by looking at adults who identify as trans, and finding 40% of them felt that way as an adolescent, that ROGD doesn't hold. Yet ROGD, by their own definition, would result in adults who do not identify as trans. So there could be (hyperbolically) a billion adolescents who identified as trans who grew out of it by adulthood, and they would not have been involved in this study. This is logically absurd. Also, we've already discounted your and Squistion's insistence on using the APA, a political left group that does not itself practice, as a bad proxy for the opinions of actual psychologists. -
