you actually have really good swimmers because a bicornuate uterus makes conception harder too. I don't think they can do anything to improve the uterus. All her pregnancies will be high risk. The fetus was in a bad place for growth in your ultrasound. If the fetus implants itself in a larger part of the uterus then it has a better chance. So, what would happen if she wanted a baby is that the doctor would probably look at the ultrasound and find out what part of the uterus it attached to and then give you a diagnosis on the chances for survival. She may have to suffer through a miscarriage or two before getting a baby. Not pleasant but if you really want a baby it is worth it. Its also likely the baby will be an early delivery but you would be focken amazed at how early babies can be delivered these days and go on to be perfectly normal.
