VermilionTiger 1 Posted August 6, 2012 I put all my eggs into the Ryan Mathews basket. FWIW, guys like Jordy Nelson will probably go in the 4th, if I'm a late 3rd round draft I wouldn't be against taking him on the beginning of the 4th after I rebound (snake draft). BufordT 440 Posted August 6, 2012 I'm hoping to land DMac and DeMarco in rounds 1 and 2 in at least one of my three leagues. I believe DeMarco is a top 5 guy if (and I mean IF) he plays 15-16 games.
waxg 3 Posted August 6, 2012 Antonio Brown. He is going to be a top 10 WR IMO and should be drafted accordingly!
BufordT 440 Posted August 6, 2012 Antonio Brown. He is going to be a top 10 WR IMO and should be drafted accordingly! 100% agree. I can't wait to get him in all 3 of my leagues.
waxg 3 Posted August 6, 2012 100% agree. I can't wait to get him in all 3 of my leagues. I bought him last year in an auction draft for $4 as a must draft player and can keep him this year for only $9 ($200 budget). I have had more offers for him than any other player (many for proven top caliber guys), and I turned every offer down. Instead, I dealt Miles "hammy" Austin ($19) for Wes Welker ($29). And I am loving my chances before my draft even hits!
Bobbyn2022 53 Posted August 6, 2012 I hope he gets thrown back into the draft. I'll make a bid on him for sure.
soopacee 0 Posted August 7, 2012 co-sign Antonio Brown add Eric Decker to my list too.....got a gut feeling about him this year, and my gut is 95% of the time right (fantasy football wise) lol also liking Kevin Smith too
Frozenbeernuts 2,332 Posted August 7, 2012 Spiller, Spiller, and more Spiller. I am actually thinking of trying to grab FJax and Spiller on the same team. It all depends on where FJax goes and who is gone already. I have 1 WR in mind that I really want in the third but if he is gone I may end up grabbing FJax. I do not know where any of my draft positions are yet so it is hard to gauge the first few rounds. Other guys include Vereen, a quality backup QB, Lance Moore, Malcom Floyd, Meachem, Torrey Smith (this guy depends on how many WR are on my roster and which round it is). One guy I think is being over-hyped is Denarius Moore. I just do not see him putting up very good stats. He is more of a 1 trick pony. After watching DHB last year he honestly looks like a legit WR. Also I like Jacoby Ford as a WR more than I like Moore. One guy that I don't get is Chaz Schilens. Obviously DND because of his situation but he has the physical tools to be a dominant WR. Maybe he ends up being one of those guys "If only he was in a different situation." The more likely ending for him is he shows so little NFL ability that no one even questions it and he is just thrown into the bust scrap heap. Also Vincent Jackson should be putting up better stats year to year. You give him the work ethic of Fitzgerald and he is a top 5 WR year in and year out. RunningGood 0 Posted August 7, 2012 RB: Doug Martin, Jacquizz Rogers, Evan Royster WR: P Harvin, Antonio Brown, Titus Young, Lance Moore
mgs316 14 Posted August 7, 2012 Dez Bryant - assuming no suspension. Gates - healthy, cheaper version of gronk, graham, and hernandez. Stafford - #1 QB this season.
Gelucy44 0 Posted August 7, 2012 Based on draft position. I like LaGarette Blount & Shone Greene. Both guys that you can get for really cheap, in run first offenses and could way outperform their draft position.

Laurence Maroney's Nuts 2 Posted August 7, 2012 Auction ppr... if ESPN's draft results are any indicator, I'd look to get Greg Olsen and Danny Amendola on the serious cheap, and put the money saved into RB / stud WRs... though I play with some savvy guys so I don't think I'll be able to get Amendola and Olsen for a combined $5 as espn is suggesting... Like Rivers for value at QB, to again, allow more money to dump into my backfield and receiving corps. As much as I love Calvin at WR (listed at $55), I'd be comfortable as heck instead spending $50 combined on a trio such as BMarshall / Julio Jones / Percy Harvin... Or $55 on Roddy / BMarshall as a duo.
waxg 3 Posted August 7, 2012 Shhhhhhhh yuck. These guys are both on my DND list (LeBlount & Greene). The Jets are already in disarray and the season hasn't even started. And Blount is not going to be the guy you want on your roster late in the season.

FeelingMN 273 Posted August 7, 2012 I say we stop talking about julio until the season starts or if it's something negative. Yeah, I'd really like to get Julio onto my teams. But if his price keeps going up, I'll pass.....so I guess he's not that much of a "must have". Word on the street is that he slept with Phil Mickelson's wife....we could spread that rumor and see what happens to his ADP.
420allstars 13 Posted August 7, 2012 Cobb, Harvin, Hernandez, Finlay, Decker, Titus Young, Quizz, Rivers, Kevin Smith, Fred Davis, all good value where they are being drafted
Cara 0 Posted August 7, 2012 Instead of "must have" I'll label them as "good value". Brandon Marshall - Top 3 WR this season Steven Jackson - Being drafted as a RB2, but I think he puts up low end, or possibly even better, RB1 numbers. Kendall Wright - Love his situation in TN as a WR3 no one is talking about. PPR only. Greg Olsen - People aren't even talking about him, but Shockey is gone.... Marques Colston - Could finish right behind Marshall as his knee is finally healthy(ish). I predict his best season. Torrey Smith - Should be the #1 guy in Baltimore and a true Mike Wallace clone. Dez Bryant - I am a believer. Steven Johnson - Has two healthy "boys" this year. Why isn't he being considered a top ten fantasy WR? Reggie Wayne - He has fallen off the earth, but you know the Colts will be playing from behind, right? Pierre Garcon - Shanny wanted him for a reason. Leonard Hankerson - I will keep saying it, he's going to be a stud by the end of 2013. Get him now. Marshall clone. Ahmad Bradshaw - I feel he's being overlooked in a big way. When did Coughlin last trust a rookie? Fred Davis - Don't all rookie QB's need a security blanket? Danny Amendola - Sam's favorite smurf sized weapon. You can get him very late, like Wright. Kyle Rudolph - One of the reasons I'm not taking a TE early. Too many of these guys can be had later.
Flgatorguy87 160 Posted August 7, 2012 You guys don't wonder who is reading your list. I made the mistake of discussing my "targets" 2 seasons ago and watched my team become his team after the draft was over. So in that case I love the following... Frank Gore Miles Austin Mike Wallace Cam Newton Mike Vick Michael Turner Beanie Wells
RicemanX 20 Posted August 7, 2012 Uh oh...I dont like how everyone is also targetting Antonio Brown. He was going to be my favorite target.. Guess I have to move him up on my list. He's mid-late 5th round right now...maybe I should look for him in the 4th?

MDC 7,899 Posted August 7, 2012 Antonio Brown - me too, but only if he's available in the 5/6 range of my 14-team league Shonn Greene Jared Cook Big Ben (backup QB) Trent - if he's there in round 2 Julio / Cruz - I'd love this receiving corps in the 2/3 rounds QB: either Brees at 8 overall or Eli / Romo / Ryan in the 5/6 range Celek: I likely won't reach for this position so a Celek / Cook combo would work for me. I think Witten is in for a big year so I'd consider him for the right price. I'd love Ridley as a third back.

Laurence Maroney's Nuts 2 Posted August 7, 2012 Hillis FTW. 200+ carries in the 7th round. Yes please. If this quote plays out anywhere near true... then heck yeah... "According to an offseason Kansas City Star report, Romeo Crennel, Daboll and Chiefs brass want Hillis and Charles to touch the football at least 500 times combined. They might approach or exceed the Jones/Charles 534 number in 2010." http://sports.espn.go.com/fantasy/football/ffl/story?page=nfldk2k12_decisionschiefsRB

fatguylittlecoat 13 Posted August 9, 2012 Ben Jarvus Green Ellis Victor Cruz or Brandon Marshall, possibly both Top 3 QB and Brees is not one of them Fred Davis or Aaron Hernandez, we treat TE's the same as WR's, interchangeable Looks like Dwayne Bowe, Stevie Johnson and Antonio Brown are all falling around the same price or rounds, like them all but would most likely get no more than two of the three Sleeper RB's: David Wilson, Ryan Williams, Doug Martin, maybe C.J. Spiller but could see Fred Jackson have another great year.
