Georgie Zimmerman to sell weapon used in trayvon Martin shooting

Recommended Posts

There isn't any evidence of how the altercation started, except Zimmerman's testimony. Witness accounts are contradictory.

It seems likely that he came up to the kid, grabbed his arm, then got smoked in the face, they fell, he hit his head, freaked out and shot the kid.

If he had just gone the fock home instead of being Mr. Vigilante none of it would have happened.

Guys like BLS really give "responsible gun owners" a bad name when they start defending the gross irresponsibility of people like GZ.

So you're speculating by using your own feewins? As opposed to the evidence, testimony and logic?

Look, I'm not saying Zimmerman wasn't dumb/being a fuckwit. I'm just saying being dumb doesn't give you the right to bounce someone's head off a concrete sidewalk.

Doesn't give you the right to confront someone and make them fearful either. If Zimmerman stays in his car that kid is alive. He had no right to confront him if he suspected a crime, which he said he did. You seem to overlook what Zimmerman had a right to do or not do. He had no right to question or detain.

Here's how it plays out in BLS' head:

Zimmerman: Excuse me young man, how goes it this evening?

Martin- Proceeds to attack Zimmerman, smashing his head into the concrete, giving Zimmerman no choice but to shoot him to save his life.

Yeah, tell your kids that if some freak starts following them for no reason, that they should wait until he hits them or pulls out a weapon before they do anything. Just like you would. I'll tell my kids something different. But I guess you will have a mmqb answer for that, not taking into account what's going through a kids mind at the moment. Things like fear and uncertainty.

Again, good luck with that defense in court. You know...laws and all.

You can't be serious. That's total speculation. Plus if that were the case, how do you get 3 lacerations on the skull in different places?

I'd rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6. But what I do, to not be in those those situations, is let the pros do their job. And mind my own fockin business.

Yes, that's how irrational I am about it.

More like

GZ: I'm following this kid who doesn't live here and he looks suspicious.

911: You don't need to follow him.

GZ: I lost him. I don't know where he went.

TM: Yo homie. Da fuk is your problem?!

GZ: Who are you? You don't live here. We've been having break ins in the neighborhood and I'm.....holy fock!

TM: Punkass white boy! Don't disrespect me!

GZ: head bouncing off concrete, getting his a$$ handed to him by a 'boy'.

Fearing possible death, GM Pulls gun, shoots TM.

He lost him? So, that's about the end of his role in the matter then. "We've been having break ins".? That's the cops job to ask questions about crimes, because of the training and we allow them to and all that other great stuff. Good god.

I think we can all agree that, whatever happened that night, selling the gun as a piece of memorabilia is focking pathetic. You took a life. At least act like it bothers you a little.

Zimmerman was specifically instructed to stand down, not pursue... He did anyway, prolly bcoz his gun made him feel like some kind of Clint Eastwood badass.... Him forcing the issue, confronting TM and then claiming self defense is like somebody dousing themselves in blood, wearing a sack of leaking blood around their neck, jumping into shark invested waters and then claiming all sharks should be put down bcoz they bit him in the ass and attacked a human.

The BLS crew think this Martin case was some sort of victory for gun rights. No, when history is done, it wil be one in a long line that spells their doom. The left is running out of causes, and it's just a matter of time before they get to the gun people. They damn sure won't do anything about jobs, so they need some causes. And this will be easy. Keep telling yourself the constitution is on your side. Japanese citizens during WW2 who committed no crimes had the constitution on their side too. Did them a lot of good. Fear is a powerful thing.

Um, by falling down and scraping your head around because you're wrestling with someone?

But you're right. It seems much more plausible that Martin, a kid with no criminal record, materialized out of thin air and starting beating up some dude who was just walking around

Most plausible scenario to me is that Zimmerman confronted and attempted to physically detail Trayvon, got his ass kicked and shot him.

The Trayvon Martin case had nothing really to do with guns. It was about an overzealous wanna be cop who put himself in a bad situation, and ultimately used self defense to protect himself from a thug and it cost the thug his life. The weapon is really irrelevant. Could have been a knife and the story would have been the same. It only became such a huge story because Martin was an AA. Otherwise, just a local story/controversy.

Not politically. Politically it had plenty to do with guns, and of course race. 2A rights advocates should have turned their backs on Zimmerman the moment he opened his mouth. 2A advocates need to start realizing they are a sub set of a political party that no longer is in the majority. The republicans have won the popular vote once since 1988. The majority of people are for gun regulations. The writing is on the wall, and defending the likes of Zimmerman does them no good. Unions were once the life blood of the Democratic Party. They have been cast aside by their own party. Don't think it can't happen to the gun crowd.

Lets all remember we have Zimmerman to thank for the entire BLM movement. He set off the chain that led to rampant racism, both normal and reverse and all the violence and protests etc are because of that circus. Great job dillweed.

I never said it was a victory for gun owners. That's where you guys keep getting off track.

You're being all emotional and butthurt about it. I'm just telling you the LAW.

I have said over and over that ZimZam ain't real bright. But he didn't do anything illegal.

If Trayvon didn't want to get shot, he shouldn't have threatened the life of a guy with a gun. Period.

Sometimes, stupid things get you stupid results.

This is a classic example of two morons who happened to collide on paths. One moron won, the other didn't.

Either way, the LAW is that ZimZam didn't do anything wrong. You can't refute it. Period.

Even a jury of his peers agreed.

Now if you want to say it's stupid, well then pull up a chair son. We can talk.

Obama did more to increase racial tensions than ANYONE in this country.

After zimmerman, stories started popping up anytime a black guy got looked at wrong by a white person. All the stories of police started coming out because it was good for news and clicks. Obama? No you dumshiit clown.

We have no idea whether he did something illegal. I would say it's plausible if not likely that Zimmerman illegally attempted to detain Trayvon and that's what set off the fight. We won't ever know for sure. You and RLLD just swallow his line because it fits with a narrative you like.

Really?

He didn't just "get out of his truck" for the hell of it. Zimms said himself that he chased after TM.. I know some people need a roadmap and a flashlight to find their own ass, but this means he was pursing to confront. Which he clearly was in pursuit since he said he lost him... Do you really believe TM ran away, then for the hell of it - ran back to see what it was Zimms was chasing him for, simply for the sake of curiosity? Dear gawd, please tell me you don't.

Go back and read the ORIGINAL thread on ZimZam and Trayvon.

You'll see on the VERY FIRST PAGE I thought he was GUILTY and wrong.

Of course, when the facts came out, I changed my opinion.

I never said I didn't agree that it was stupid to follow him (with the benefit of hindsight). However, he never said he 'chased' after him. He followed him to report his location to the authorities.

You guys make it out like ZimZam stalked him like a cheetah, pounced, and then subsequently got beat by your hero Trayvon and the low-life, miserable sonofabitch shot Tray Tray when he couldn't handle the fight.

Now if that's what you wanna believe, go ahead. Don't let facts, 7 interviews and eyewitness testimony get in the way of your STUPID witchhunt.

We have no idea whether he did something illegal. He may well have attempted to physically detain Trayvon. He may have even assaulted him. We don't know because Trayvon is dead. All we have to go on is the testimony of an utter freak. And yet you assume he did nothing illegal because Zimmerman told you so.

Evidence suggests it. Eyewitness testimony suggests it.

7 video recorded interviews suggest he was not lying.

Nobody on the planet but ZimZam KNOWS what happened that day. But at least I'm not speculating with absolutely nothing to back it up.
