I'm not a fan of those churches that let anyone wear what they want to them. Went to a few that people wore t shirt and jeans to.

Eh I doubt it. Back then they didn't have much. If you're poor and can't afford nice clothes I nor the lord would look down on you for wearing that to church. Just like I wouldn't look down or laugh at a fat person exercising at the gym. Hell even back in the day like when my dad was poor he still wore nice clothes to church. Growing up on a farm with 6 brothers and sisters they were extremely poor. Yet they all had that one outfit and nice shoes that they only wore to church. Their church clothes. However, if you most definitely can afford church clothes yet you choose to dress like a slob to church that's not honoring someone. It's more like a spit in the face saying "I wear what I want and don't care what you think".

 

 

But this is all my opinion and I'm sure you and others will disagree with it and that's fine too. It's just my reason for not liking those churches where you can wear whatever you want to them
