shotsup 832 Posted June 8, 2018 Subway series tonight. Not nearly what it once was, but still kinda fun. The Mets can still pitch, wouldn't shock me if they won 2. Boomer "predicted " Mets sweep and deGrom no hitter tonight

vuduchile 1,941 Posted June 12, 2018 5 run rally with 2 outs by the Cubs in the 11th. Surprisingly, Jason Hayward is still on a tear. Its about time he started producing at the plate.
Cloaca du jour 2,064 Posted June 12, 2018 How bad can the pirates be? Their bullpen is horrible. They have all their hopes on drunken Gung and hos 0-4 last night in triple A. Harrrison will probably get dealt since Gung is cheaper. Their owner needs banned. They are lucky to get 5k attendance. Sad thung is it is a beautiful ballpark

posty 2,296 Posted June 15, 2018 Just saw this in an article about Chris Davis... The Orioles, cognizant they owe him not just through the expiration of his contract in 2022 but all the way through 2037, with $42 million of it deferred.
edjr 5,568 Posted June 15, 2018 Dan Duquette made the greatest free agent signing of all time (Manny Ramirez 200 million for 10 years) Only 200+ million contract that was worth the entire thing and possibly the worst ever free agent signing Chris Davis 7 years 161 million. How on earth does anyone working for the Orioles still have their job? From Duke down to Showalter, they should all be fired

patweisers44 697 Posted June 15, 2018 HT, which of our decent starting pitcher are the Yankees gonna make a move for and more importantly what are they gonna give up for them Michael Fulmer (righty, 25 years old I think) Matt Boyd (lefty, 27 years old) They were talking about this on sports radio this morning. Cole Hammels seems to be the apple of everyone's eye around here. He won't cost as much as those two prospect wise. I'll take Fulmer though.

Straight shooter, answers a question honestly when asked. If he wanted him gone, I am fine with it. He still has a lot to learn about being a game manager, he'll get there
