Filthy Fernadez 2,696 Posted October 2, 2018 What evidence could there possibly be on his cell phone of a crime that, by the accusers best hazy guess, happened 36 years ago, before there even were smartphones? He's hoping there'll be some link back to Trump or the administration. Libtards just can't help themselves to hate all things Trump.

Filthy Fernadez 2,696 Posted October 2, 2018 He's the one being investigated, correct? And Feinstein, the accusers, their attorneys, etc..............you think these idiots can pull this sh!t and walk away? Not sure, but these guys are acting like CBF is the subject of these confirmation hearings. This isn't a confirmation hearing at this point. This has morphed into a trial in the court of public opinion. This loon CBF is just a stooge the left is using as a vehicle. Once she runs out of gas, they'll discard her along with Stormy, Omarosa, Cohen, etc.......

drobeski 3,061 Posted October 2, 2018 OK with me, but she ain't applying for a position on the highest court in the land.no but she and her team on the left are trying to stop his. No doubt in my mind there's a coordinated effort behind the scenes. If that's the case people need to be charged and sent to prison Do you really think the precedent for ruining someone's life should be baseless uncorroborated accusations? Someone should be able to walk into Hawaii rainbow brigade hospital go see your boss and say you tried sticking a kale stalk up his ass when you were 13 and bam, your fired. I know it happened too, my son was in Hawaii 2 weeks ago and told me about it when he got back. Is that the precedent you want ? Or does this precedent you're ok with only apply to conservatives?

His life isn't ruined. 2. I don't know if the accusations are baseless, but they are uncorroborated. 3. We'll have to see what happens, but I doubt this sort of circus will be the norm for SC nominees henceforth. After all, it took 27 years since Clarence Thomas' for another SC sex scandal. RLLD 4,255 Posted October 2, 2018 As predicted this has turned away from the sexual misconduct claim (since all the other witnesses either refute or dont know wtf CBF is talking about) to the Judges drinking habits in college. Complete shiit show. So he drank beer in college. Zero to do with his professional career so far. Nothing? Isnt that most important? It was a setup from the get go, this was always the end game for the Dem's. They line up some accusers, get him in front of them and ask as many questions about as many things as they can, including farting and such, in order to find some way to trip him up and accuse him of lying. And then disqualify him that way. They always knew they could not do it through the purported conduct issues from high school, but that was never the intent. They just used that poor women to get to this point.
Fireballer 2,644 Posted October 2, 2018 Jesus, can you provide anything constructive, or are you just here to be a d!ck? I answer all you dumbfocks' medical questions. A law enforcement agency would need probable cause that a crime was committed in order to get his phone and info therein. 1 warrant for the phone, and 1 submitted to carrier for the data. Or, he could consent and hand his phone over if they ask. I guess it could contain texts or emails where he talks about lying or remembering the sex assault.
