Also as someone else said he has a certain style/presentation that might get old after a while, but those clips were funny enough to look into more. Agreed his style can get old, but his netflix specials are better than average. dont watch back to back

wiffleball 4,788 Posted July 13, 2023 Ian Bagg is cracking me up. I think 99% of what he does is 'just' crowd work. He is hysterical and very quick witted.

I don't know, I would say that joking about showering with his young son and talking about getting an erection and his son's size is somehow tone deaf. But that implies there was a time where such content was funny and or appropriate. Never has been. Isn't now. Never will be.

Dizkneelande 1,085 Posted July 14, 2023 Ari Shaffir is pretty funny. I saw some greats in the 80s growing up North Shore Boston ( Ed is a Cape Ann guy although we did a lot of late night fishing in Magnolia) like Lenny Clarke, Stephen Wright and Dennis Leary. Seeing Lenny Clarke at Giggles in Saugus Ma was an experience. Also saw Bob Goldthwait, Colin Quinn and many others barbacking in my late teens.
